Awaiting to have a sleep.
I got my sheet and pillow case a while ago and have succeeded in getting a universal plug that would enable to plug the sheet into our New Zealand electrical power point, but I have not tried out the sheet as yet as I am awaiting my cleaner to come and change the bed. So, as soon as I am able to get the sheet on the bed and have a week's worth of sleep, I will report back to you.

I can say that the items I have received are working great. I still have not received the pillow case that I went in and ordered on the advice of Amanda. I cannot give an excellent rating on poor communication and customer service. I have since ordered more items and am awaiting them. the tracking app. doesn't give any understandable information on when my items would arrive. i have been receiving items sporadically.
Poor quality in the sheet material used…
Poor quality in the sheet material used but went ahead hooked up queen sz and two twins that go on adjustable vibrating king. To realize each sheet has two connections sewn in. Well one twin only had one connection which means you can’t turn sheets to ensure the material lasts longer etc. And pain where our electrical outlet is to reach that connection for a 66 yr old lady with health issues (reason for buying) well tried sending email to company no reply. Finally they sent me text coupon so I texted their my issue. Oh well take care of it get back with you. Well that became a 6 mo process of same texts sent in responses but no action taken. Then to be told waited over 30 days!!! You got to be kidding me. The frustration their customer service department caused me was unbelievable. I volunteer at independent living facility and many ppl wanted to order grounding sheets. Needless to say I’ve told them all a HUGE NO on this company.

Great communication one of the best I’ve ever had! Thanks so very much for answering all my concerns. Looking forward to trying them. I told a friend of mine about them and she doesn’t believe it. She thinks it’s a placebo effect and if I think it’s going to help it will. But I’m going into this without any thoughts about what it’s supposed to do and I’ll and my husband will be the judge of them being completely honest. I bought 2 sheets and 1 pillow case for our daughter. It started out making her nauseous and aching more than normal. She has been experiencing excessive pain in her neck since using the pillowcase. The nausea and her body pains have subsided but her neck gets so bad at night, she can’t sleep. She’s continuing using the pillowcase for another week but I may be asking to return it for a refund. She hasn’t used the mat yet but will be soon.
I Purchased Earthing, then TheGrounding.co
I purchased Earthing first, then switched to thegrounding.co. A few weeks later, after several lightning strikes in my area, I noticed many 3-4 inch pinkish streaks on my carpet, as well as on the cord that plugs into the socket. I turned over my mat and found 6-8 streaks on its back. I immediately called the grounding.co. I was told to throw the mat away. Now, I'm afraid to plug my sheet into the socket. Any suggestions?

Pain relief and better sleep
I was experiencing a lot of back pain and I was having trouble staying asleep at night and waking up tired and groggy. After trying this mat at a relative’s house and seeing some good results, I decided to buy my own mat. My back pain is so much better and I sleep through the night most nights. I don’t feel as tired or groggy in the morning.
I have had debilitating hip and back…
I have had debilitating hip and back pain for approximately seventeen years. Part of the pain was due to ms itself but, the remainder was actually due to arthritis that developed from the use of a trial medication I was talked into using for a few years and it caused severe arthritis about ten years later. The result to using that medication is first, it is no longer used and second, I have tried every possible treatment known from music and aromatherapy to acupuncture and opioids and physical therapy. Now I have finally tried the grounding sheets and a grounding mat. You would not believe the difference I started experiencing. By the second night I was already calmer and didn’t dread going to bed. I used to get nervous at bedtime because I knew the pain was about to get worse and sleep would evade me. It doesn’t do that any longer. I’m not hurting and I’m falling asleep within ten minutes. I can’t wait to get a pillowcase which is next on my list. The Grounding Co. has made it possible for me to have a positive outlook on my future!

After using Grounding Sheets for a month, I feel the pain in my back is getting less.
HORRIBLE Quality
I ordered 2 sets of these sheets in January. I air dry them to help them last. However, over the course of the last 4 months 1 sheet has slowly become rough and pilling. After many attempts to contact this company, finally Kerry replied to my message. She is so sorry it is past their warranty and will not help me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
