I have enjoyed incredible improvement in sleep especially after a vacation in Japan. They don’t have grounding ports there and I was so disappointed since I brought my pillowcase. I was quite sleep deprived from the jet lag then from the pace of being on a tour and everyday you are going somewhere new and eating relatively late the night before. I got home and was so glad to get back into my bed. I’ve taken many trips to Asia and so know what to expect as far as jet lag on the return. Instead of waking up at 2 AM and restless nights for at least a week, I was able to sleep comfortably through the night from day 1. I have told my story to friends and they have subsequently purchased as well. I’ve also purchased for each of my siblings. Ordering and delivery were fine. My only wish is that their grounding mat was more flexible and comfortable under sheets and had perforations so that it was more breathable
