Needed to change flights and unable to…
Needed to change flights and unable to do so myself.
The operator Phillip Martin was brilliant and extremley patient and persevered in completing everything and even sent me our boarding passes.
If I could give Phillip more than 5* would do

I have to add more guest in my previous booking. Agent Ena took enough efforts to cancel old booking and create new booking with new price and more people. It took more than one hour and she did it.

Had the best experience with the agent Jordan. He was very knowledgable, polite and eager to help.
I wanted to change a flight I had booked through a third party which I was trying to do for 5 days and was being sent into endless loops , couldn’t speak to person and was at my whits end, Jordan managed to do what seemed like the impossible ! Very happy and highly recommend!

Paul and Leon such Fantastic Agents!!
Paul and Leon Fantastic Agents were Wonderful in making sure Bonnie and I received the information we needed to get our tickets for our flight. Also, they both made sure we received the phone number for our transportation driver to take us from our cruise, pier to the San Francisco Airport, in plenty of time.
Paul has been an ongoing agent that has helped us with our cruise with Princess Cruise and our flight. He has been very compassionate and responds promptly with our questions in a patient manner.
Bonnie and I will use him again for our next flight.
Sincerely,
Linda and Bonnie

I recently had an issue where I missed my flight because of a delayed connecting flight, and I was charged a rescheduling fee that honestly was not my fault. At first, I was very frustrated with the situation. However, I want to recognize Leon, the supervisor/manager who contacted me today on Saturday May 9th 2025
Leon was very understanding, professional, and genuinely concerned about what happened. He took the time to listen to my situation and showed that he truly cared about helping resolve the issue. He was able to refund me $150, which I greatly appreciated.
Customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Leon, for your kindness, concern, and professionalism throughout the process.

My name is Dianne Arvin and I am the person flying. My daughter Janeese Norrix paid for my ticket. I have used Infinity a number of times for my flights from Florida to Alabama and have loved the wonderful help I have been given. I will only use Infinity and do tell others about your service. Andy helped me today and was so very patient. I the past Allen helped me a couple of times as well as Jeff and a few others. I give all of these agents 5 stars. Thank you!!

Thomas Miller helped me so much - I made an error on my American airline flight and was in the 24 window. He was very helpful getting me on an earlier flight because he warned there would be connection problems in Miami airport. He corrected my error, changed flight and was very patient when credit card needed bank verification. This was stressful for me, but he made it seemless
