WALTER I was extremely stressed after an error made by lastminute.com affected my booking to Dublin for tomorrow. Walter was absolutely fantastic. He stayed calm, reassuring, patient, and professional throughout the whole situation. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did everything he could to help, which made a very stressful experience so much easier to deal with. Walter is a real credit to your company. Excellent customer service like his deserves to be recognised, and I hope this feedback is passed on to him. Please thank him again on my behalf for all his help and kindness. LINDA
