It's my first time ordering a jockstrap…

It's my first time ordering a jockstrap and I spent quite some time researching on it. Then I came across The Jock Shop on a google search. One, it's from Singapore so I can receive the product quickly. Two, it sells authentic products unlike Taobao, Shopee, Lazada, etc. Three, the administrator is friendly and replies to my inquiries quickly. Fourth, the jockstrap I bought fits me perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase. Hence, 5 stars !

Never Shopping Here Again!

I ordered one thing and it never came. I've reached out multiple times in multiple ways and have not received a single response. It's now two months later and I've still not received my item, a response or a refund. I will never shop here again.

Great quality of materials. Paid $6.50 for 0-1day delivery (13 Feb). Received call around evening time the following day to expect late delivery from 9pm to 12mn due to shortage of manpower. Slightly disappointed on the delivery timing.

Online purchase was smooth

Online purchase was smooth. Self collection was a breeze, staff was helpful. A few minor issues that (i.m.o) can be improved upon: - The postpurchase checkout page has a "other tracking number" section with a link. I clicked on it ("selfcollect") and it led to some random website. - I received email and sms stating my order has been "shipped". I chose the self collect option so I was a bit confused by that. - Because I chose self collect, I thought that I would receive a "ready for collection" notification. I then realise the "order has been shipped" notification IS the notification for self collection. Other than that, the physical store is cute.

Good Product--Slow Delivery

The products them selves there was no issue, I only had an issue with the delivery as I was advised would take 3-4 days but ended up taking 8 days. I made inquiries but was advised only paid for post with no tracking so hang tight.
