Gabriel is responsive and helpful when enquiries were sent to him. However, the delivery of time took about 10 days to reach me was truly not acceptable since I have opted for express courier which should be reached to within 1-2 working days after purchase. If this is the case, I would rather opt for standard courier service and not worth to pay extra. The Jock Shop should take note and manage on this issue. Overall, there was still a good online shopping experience at The Jock Shop.

Hi DC, we actually called you regarding some delays due to shipment being stuck with Singapore customs prior to Black Friday. In fact, we sent it out via express the minute the stock came in.
due to black friday demand, delivery was very much delayed. But that's ok if you had forewarned buyers instead of keeping silent. Also, list clearly operating hours on your website
I saw that my surname was entered wrong while the delivery person verified for my particulars with his phone but I simply shrugged it off when he handed over the (bright) pink package. And... not sure if there are various ways of packing the items that we have ordered but, I don't like the paper-wrapping concept. But it's my first time ordering so... I'll pop in again in near future should something caught my eye.
My first time purchase, it was good. Website was clear and managed to get advices from their model. Very friendly and helpful.
Only down side was the misleading "under renovation" store front. No signage was put up, hence, was lost of directions when i was there.
The staff was friendly upon handing over the products i have purchase. Would do a repeat purchase in future. :)

Delay in shipment and no feed back from company or ups company. Pay for 2-4 deliver but still I have not received my item 5 days later

This was quite an unfortunate event. We actually sent out your items the next day via UPS, but it seems UPS had some logistical issues which caused the delay to you. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
Duties and customs were not paid for this shipment. Receiver of the package was forced to pay for the extra fees. After 11 days of attempting delivery, UPS still fails to deliver the package to the recipient after 5 attempts. This has been a nightmare order that no one seems to have solutions for.

Duties and customs are always meant to be paid by the receiver regardless which country we are shipping to. UPS will not call in advance, and if no one is home, then you guys will unfortunately have to arrange with UPS to redeliver the package, but it seems each time they tried to deliver, no one was home again.
The swimming trunk I bought is of very good quality. The service provided by Gabriel was very sincere and he even pointed out to me that I should change my size when he saw me on the collection day. Definitely gonna return to buy more. Highly recommended!
UPDATE: I received the order this weekend. I also received an explanatory email from the Jock Shop's customer service apologizing for the lack of responsiveness (there was a legitimate reason). So, while delivery did take longer than expected, the customer service turned out to be fine.
PREVIOUS: I placed the order 21 days ago and have not received my package (international shipping time is listed as 7 to 14 working days). The tracking links do not work. I have written to customer service -- no reply. The products might be great (...who knows?), but the service & communication are not adequate.
