We were frantically looking for Mobil Vactra 2 and couldn't find any available. I called your phone # after seeing stock online and left a message after I exhausted your hold line. My call was returned in less than 15 minutes, your sales rep was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. We received our order timely and were sent the tracking # so I knew where it was as it traveled.
We placed this order expecting regular shipping times. This order shipped same day which was great! But then took a wrong turn somewhere and took an extensive amount of time to arrive causing our company unnecessary delays. Will probably only use again if absolutely essential or we have far more time to wait for the delivery.
