My cat was stressed I suppose as she would wee on the furniture constantly, but now I have started this in the last month she has not soiled anything. I am truly amazed as I am leaving her soon for a short while and hope this trend continues. It is a miracle. Fingers crossed it keeps on keeping on. Thank you so much.
OK, I admit I was very skeptical prior to buying. I see these ads for miracle help and zip -nothing happens. My cats have destroyed several pieces of furniture and nothing worked to stop it. I thought one last try- bought the TheraPet for cats. Rec’d it quickly, plugged it right in and literally, later that day, I realized neither had touched the furniture for scratching. I was like, what??? It has now been a week and still no scratching!!! Unbelievable!! I bought TheraPet for the dogs today- I hope it works on their behavior as well as for the cats!!! I’ll let you know!
I have the cat calming set on subscription. When my first repeat subscription arrived, I realised I'd ordered the wrong product as the pack included the diffusers as well. I needed to use the refill bottles straight away. I contacted the company and they were amazing (Khara especially) and confirmed I'd corrected to the next subscription and I got a partial refund that more than covered the addition cost of the diffusers packs. Us, the product is great and help reduce Claude and Vincent fighting. Our house is a lot calmer with Therapet.
Always easy to deal with. Product is superior. Had been using F***way. When I plugged in Therapet the change was nearly instantaneous and it changed how they relate to me too. And my boy who had been licking his belly bald, grew his fur back!!!
I am still unsure of the effects your product is having on my pet. I am going to increase the coverage in my home and continue to use. My pooch still reacts vigorously to anyone walking past our house and coming in our driveway or to our door.

Do not buy this product. It does not work at all. Also, they continue to send you more every month and charge you and make it impossible to cancel your membership that you never applied for or approved. That’s it, heed warning.

We have 3 doxies and one chi weenie. One of our doxies is very anxious and aggressive toward the chiweenie. haven't had the refills for a couple of months due to financial...he is like a different dog. We have reordered

My child ordered it trying to help me. I wanted to return it and the company was great about getting back to me on how to do that. Issues on MY end prevented me from returning the product, however they are definetly customer service orientated. I dont even own a dog, lol
Finally a product that does what it says! I have 3 cats, various ages and temperaments, and the diffusers help calm my trio wonderfully! From disagreements to inappropriate marking, this has helped me a lot. I can’t say 100%, but more like 95%, but that’s more than the other name brand products I have used in the past. Duck plug in is cute, and I love it’s illuminated, and can be turned off if needed.My house experiences a lot of “chill” now…been using for almost 3 months and very satisfied.. highly recommend!
Hi, thanks for the product, which appears to work well. I wanted to mention a few things that are difficult in the beginning. (I've just noticed this right at the end here now) Your Facebook page shows its from California yet the order was coming from Burpengary (in qld) this worried me a little thinking id paid into a scam. Conflicting information.. So after I had already paid for the item I went into your site and checked (because i had this gut feeling id been locked into a monthly subscription) So I get back into your site and sure enough I had a 3 monthly lifetime subscription that i could NOT undo no matter what i tried. So I went back to the Facebook page and commented toTHERAPET what was happening and my comments were being deleted! I wrote it again and finally had a response from THERAPET stating to go back into the site and mentioned how to remove it. So I went back into the site, tried to cancel & your site had a fault where it would flick you straight over to "suspend payment for 1 or 2 months" & wouldn't allow cancel..so i suspended it until January next year to give me time to work this out, not knowing how long it was going to take for someone to get back to me. So I went back to the Facebook page and commented ALL of this (copied my comment incase it was deleted again) site enough the comment was deleted! So I posted it again and again until someone came to hopefully assist me. Every comment i made was deleted, every statement, every question, every ask for help. Then I started reading that other people were having the same problem! I instantly panicked because im only on a pension and cannot afford to be locked into a live time subscription I cannot cancel! And with no help from THERAPET. My comments kept being cancelled so I contacted my bank immediately, who started an investigation into the matter. As soon as I mentioned this on THERAPETS Facebook page, I had a comment instantly telling me to go to my emails and someone had contacted me. Hmm... My bank had to cut THERAPET from accessing my account. I was grateful my bank dealt with it immediately as I want that control, not a company who can't fix their faulty site or even reply to a comment until i said I contacted my bank. What a nightmare it all was! So over to my emails I go and started talking to a representative who finally took the lifetime subscription off. I don't know if the site has been fixed. No one has told me so im unsure if I'll go through this site again. Within a week or so my order arrived, I checked but no parcel was there. I thought what is going on! The parcel was put in a place no parcels are ever put and had fallen into the ground, which was unnoticed by me, probably in a bit of a panic again that id been ripped off. Anyway I contacted THERAPET and then found my parcel. So I made sure to tell them straight away. It was a hectic process, i must say. I started to warn people on the page as others were doing but all comments kept being deleted and no one was replying until the mention of the bank being informed them i had many replies. It's sorted out now but im still unsure about the process and did see a company selling them that is in Melbourne, on fb and may use them next time. It could be the same company but I don't wish to go through that ever again. Even though I have the product & it appears to.be working for wetting inside which is what my poor old dog was struggling with. Thanks for getting back to me eventually and assisting me with this queries and worry. (I don't have the date of the experience but it was within the last 2 weeks) Id may like to add that i can't send this review without saying I've had NO incentive to write it, when i actually have been offered a voucher to write a review! This is what i mean with these companies.. its all very sneaky. It makes me not want to return. So I have to tick it or i can't give my review that you've asked for and offered a voucher to write. I don't care about the voucher either. Its all these other hidden little things that are a bother. It has no been straight forward.
My Overall experience with Therapet was excellent from purchasing to receiving the product in Outstanding time! I have never dealt with a company that was So Customer Oriented...FANTASTIC PRODUCT & FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES♥️
I'm totally satisfied with this product because is really works. It didn't take but 4 days to calm my Healer, plus he doesn't wet in the house. I think I've been using it for about 7 months. I tried everything but nothing worked until I bought the products.

My male dogs are peeing less in the house, I don’t have to keep cleaning on a daily basis for the continuous accidents. Just ordered some refills!
The product works great. I did ask a question of the site, and they did not respond for days. I ended up re-ordering the product without their answer, and then they finally did respond. Also, if offered free shipping but you want the product as soon as possible, don't pay extra for faster shipping. The extra payment shipping took more than a week to arrive. And they don't send an email when you order, so you have to go back to their site to track your order.
I have used this product for a number of months now .. it’s great .. no coming downstairs in the morning to a couple of puddles ( I have 3 dogs) definitely recommend it 😊
This was the second advertisement that I’ve seen for the product. If it works like it claims it does, then I will absolutely refer to friends and family.
My Cat was so unbearable when people came to visit and definitely taking him to the vet. I have been using this product for 3 months now and he is so much more calm. I even recommend it to a friend. This product is exactly what they advertise. I highly recommend if you have issues with your cat you purchase this product immediately!
I have 3 cats, all 3 males that are so cuddly and loving with each other. But lately 1 of them has been attacking another, to the point my Lokee has not moved out of one room an is really anxious. Tried Therapet, and omg what a godsend. Took a few days to kick in, Kiko doesn’t attack Lokee at all no more. And is climbing up to him, sniffing him and walking away. Of course Lokee is still anxious and runs away from him but it is going to take time. But, I am so glad I found Therapet, I was literally running out of options and my last resort was rehoming!! Thank you so so much for helping my babies 🐱
