The warmers did not work for my dog but I’m sure they do help others. I requested a cancellation of my subscription and a refund for my purchase. The help I received was exceptional!!! They were right on it, great customer service, and very kind. Their refund statement is 100% to their word. I don’t think I have ever had customer service as wonderful as I have from here. I definitely will recommend this company

I added a kitten to our family mix. We already had a 5 year old cat. But the kitten was a bully and would beat up my older cat. It wasn't nice to watch especially knowing my older cat is an anxious cat anyway. I had tried another branded cat plug with little effect. So decided to give this one a go. I can definitely recommend this, as the kittens antics towards the older cat has calmed down considerably. Another bonus, my stand-off ish older cat has become more loving towards me! A win win for my fur babies and me!!

The diffusers changed my cats so much. Barely any fights anymore when it was a war zone almost every day. No more spraying. I am very happy. This brand works 1000x better than its competitors.
Do not buy this product. Something is not right with their diffusers. When first plugged in I noticed my eyes and throat were itchy and I raised it with the company. After awhile it settled down but then I noticed that the diffuser units were failing, some getting through the refill liquid within 2 weeks, they’re supposed to last a month. Another stopped working altogether. After a lot of going back and forth with the customer service team, and having to take numerous photos of the products they sent a replacement unit and refill. I then had to chase them about the other unit that had failed. However, though they replaced the units they take so long to get here that you actually have no diffuser working at all. They sent another batch out and everything seemed ok until I noticed they were starting to fail again. I put the dates on them when I plugged them in , 1 only lasted 5 days. Not one of the diffusers I’ve received have lasted a whole month. A refill subscription has been delivered and I tried again same results. What a waste of money and I’ve had to go back to Feliway. Out of product and out of pocket, and my next subscription isn’t due until August!! I will never use these again nor will I recommend them.

This just works. I can’t explain it but it does. My cat has been peeing again and I realized all my plug ins are empty. I just reordered and got the spray also. I recommend this highly
I have 4 rescues, all male. Tension between them has definitely decreased. Better than all other products I’ve tried. Website is easy to use and I really like subscribe and save so I’m never without my refills.

I have a very anxious dog and have noticed a big change in her behaviour. She is not aggressively barking when dogs walk past the gate and she sleeping more because her anxiety levels have reduced. It is so nice to see her more relaxed. Thank you
We have multiple cats, two of which have been fighting and territorial. This has caused some stress for the others and some urinating outside the litterbox as well. We ordered enough diffusers to cover the main areas of the house and the tension areas. It's only been two days, so it's too early to know if the diffusers will help with the fighting and territory wars, but it does seem like the cats are all a bit calmer. I took off a star because whatever carrier oil they use for dispersing the pheromones seems to irritate my airway a little bit, and my house smells like popcorn after plugging them in. I don't love therapet's marketing style, but I'm willing to try this out and see if it works. When I emailed customer service about an issue after ordering, it took them about a week to respond. However, they were very helpful when they finally did respond.

At first I thought it was really great cuz she wouldn't bark at anyone but now she barks not as bad but she still does it so I don't know why it's not working do I need to up press the button and up the spray or I don't know

This product is amazing ! We brought a 10 month old kitten into the home and were having a lot of issues. The kitten was agressive, mainly around food. One of our cats was scared of the kitten and is coming around now. All 3 cats are much calmer.
Not a great start! Had these for about 5ndays now and they have made no difference at all! Is there something wr are doing wrong? Very dissapointed!

Every pet responds differently—some show signs of improvement within days, while others may take a few weeks. In general: Weeks 1–2: Subtle calming signs Weeks 2–4: More noticeable improvements Weeks 4–12: Full calming effect develops To help ensure the diffuser is working properly, please make sure it stays plugged in continuously, is placed in an open area where your pet spends most of their time, and that the refill is inserted correctly and feels slightly warm.
