Rain, sleet or hail may not stop the delivery people, but apparently town houses will even if they each have their own number porch & mailbox…. So when the mail people didn’t want to deliver it a first time, they got it sorted out and they sent it out again. It arrived quicker than the first package would have too. I know the feline ones work, and I can’t wait to see if the canine ones do too.
I love the cat calming spray and use it frequently on my cat trees, bed, and other furniture. I also use the diffusers. I bring A LOT of strays through my home and everyone there is a new one it tends to disrupt dynamics in the house even though the ferals are isolated because scent is scent! But these products really help keep my regular babies feeling better, and minimizes, often stops, there territorial responses.
I got therapet when we moved to a new house and had to reintroduce 2 of my 3 cats that did not get along for years. So much so, that one of the cats decided to live and had chosen to live outdoors in our yard to be separated from the other cat. I set therapet before bringing all the cats into the new home and started the intro process for all cats from scratch. Within 2 weeks all 3 cats were getting along amazingly, no fights occurred. I'm a return customer to enhance their environment and hope that they will improve their relationship.
I have 4 cats, one of them is very shy. Therapet has made a difference for her. Before I put up them up, the other cats picked on her and now they leave her alone. She is coming out of hiding and roaming the house, again. They are all much calmer.

The process of finding the number of bottles and diffusers was very easy to use. I am reluctant to rate my order higher until I actually use the product at home. Given the reviews I read, I have high expectations that the formula will be successful. The alternative is a vet prescribed medication. The diffuser method is less intrusive.

Works well in our cat household. Our three cats are definitely more relaxed when we use these diffusers. There is less stress between them. Definitely ordering them again.
I ordered the diffusers, I even ordered extra for multiple rooms used for 2 months and the dogs still peed. So in my opinion this does not work.

I bought a 2 pack of the diffusers. The first worked great. The second didn't seem to work. I emailed customer service. They were very responsive initially and with follow up and follow through. They gave me troubleshoot instructions and the diffuser is now functional. it's only been a few days so hoping it helps my older cat relax around our new kitten.
Easy to use website and reasonably priced products.
This did not work for me and my dogs. It didn't stop him from peeing in the house and it is right by the diffuser.

Easy to order. The ingredients are natural. It's worth the try. My dog gets anxiety during thunder storms. Better than giving him drugs.
I was very skeptical about the diffusers however this is my second order. They have almost stopped my dog scent peeing in the house.
I was looking for a way to calm my dog. The least sound he would bark and in the veterinarian office he was openly antagonistic towards all other dogs. I saw your product and hope it works. I was totally embarrassed by his behavior. I knew I would never take him back until I could get rid of his anxiety. This is the best thing I have found and am looking forward to seeing how it works for him.
My 2 old cats will fight when stressed. I have the infusers in every room. When my cats start to get anxious, it means the infuser is empty. I replace them right away! Could not live without them.
I was unsure at first whether this would work, gave it a go and saw a drastic response! The two kittens stopped chasing and harassing each other and were more chilled out and approachable to people. Possum stopped her neurotic ear scratching. I actually ran out for about 10 days and all the dramas started again, as soon as I plugged it in we saw them totally chill out and come up to the plugin and sniff it.
