I've incorporated the ready state daily mobility into my evening routine and I sleep better and at night and move better during the day. I've gained back the flexibility in my hips that has left me in recent years.

I had asked for my cc to be removed…
I had asked for my cc to be removed last year after renewal. I fully expected this to have been done as I spoke to an associate. But only to find it didn't and when I questioned this year's auto renewal. I was told it was my fault and I should be following the proper procedure. Well I feel this is wrong and I question the fairness of this app.

Hi, Ed Very sorry to hear of your bad experience. I've reviewed your support ticket history and respectfully what you've described isn't exactly what happened. After your last renewal, you reached out to support and you were given instructions on how to cancel. That cancellation didn't happen. When you reached out again after this renewal, you were again directed to the cancellation process and our support agent informed you that despite our refund policy, she would be happy to issue a refund for your recent transaction. She asked that you let her know when you had completed the cancellation but you never replied. I've confirmed that you've cancelled your subscription and gone ahead and issued you that refund. Again. Sorry for your bad experience.
Great products for a healthy life
I received my order very quickly so I could start using it. The voodoo flossing protocol I purchased has help me with some trouble areas so I can feel better daily.

Online courses are worth it!
I took the Achilles Repair course and found it extremely helpful with lots of clear explanation and demonstration.

The exercises are great
The exercises are great. I do it almost every day and feel great. The large library with super filter options is also great. The app itself sucks from a technical point of view. I constantly have to log in again because it says I'm logged in somewhere else, which isn't true.

I know it’s not super obvious, so we sent you a video showing how to put it together. Let us know if you have any questions! The streaming quality is poor
The streaming quality is poor. For a six-minute video, it stops and buffers far too often. This significantly impacts the overall experience. While the service itself is helpful, the constant interruptions make watching even short videos frustrating.

Efficient Order Process
Bought a smaller foam roller and something that looks like a small gator roller. I have many rollers but not these 2. They make a perfect compliment to what I already have. My products were shipped out promptly. Received my whole order quickly. Thank you.
