TRS gives me so many tools for different situations. The targeted programs are outstanding but the options for different sports pre/post as well as the body locations are all so helpful. Love being able to 'self medicate'. My only ask would be different camera angles, sometimes its a guess that I'm in the right position, noodling around correctly.

The overall program is superb and is going to change my relationship with my body. I didn't award 5 stars because in my experience there are still some technical glitches. I did the mobility test and entered scores, but they didn't save. I also think there could be better on-line guidance on how to figure out how to best use the app to fashion one's own daily mobility routine.
