Excellent and State of the Art Professional Input!
Thank you so much Heike! We're grateful :)
I find your the ready state the help out in ways that I did not know and how mobility was very important to work on with work outs
Thanks so much for the review, Mike! We appreciate it :)
My husband and I do the daily maintenance and we are loving it. I have learned where my areas of strengths and weaknesses are and continue to learn how to mobilize my body better. I also love the videos. Kelly and Juliet’s humour makes the discomfort of some of the exercises more bearable! 100% recommend this app
Thanks so much for the review, Monica! We appreciate it 😊 😊
A phenomenal website and product. Has saved me from so much pain, and given me faith that I can influence my movement capacity in a positive direction.
Thank you for the review, David! We appreciate it 😊
All the content is 5 stars, but the navigation is very painful to find specific things. You reference things in the email I’m unable to easily find on the app. Rethinking the navigation, adding better search capabilities would make it a 5
Thanks so much for the review, Jordan! Keep an eye out for the new app. It should be out in the next few weeks. It addresses those exact issues.
This is the best thing that has happened to me in a while. I feel younger, less achey and better able to move. I love listening to the explanations and banter while doing the videos and the knowledge is thorough.
Thank you so much for the review, Kim! The banter is fun, right?! Might as well smile a bit while you're mobilizing :)
I keep coming back to this app. Currently on a 16 day mobility streak, feel so much better for it!
Nice work on that streak, Huw! Thank you for the feedback :)
I notice the ability to move almost right away
This is awesome, Chuck! Thank you!! :)
In a very short time, it's helped me figure out and unravel decades of imbalance and issues steming from competing sports like rowing and rugby, years running up and down mountains with people packs, logs and all sorts on my shoulders in "the services", and car accidents both in and outside of a vehicle. I've read all K-Stars books and for years used a lot of the techniques with my clients (NMT & Sports therapist). I've tried other platforms and still keep an eye out for cutting edge stuff. This is hands down the best.
This is amazing! Thank you so much for the thoughtful and kind feedback, Ana Marie! We're beyond grateful for you :)
Spendy for what you get. Cutesy Crossfit-style names for mobility drills make it unnecessarily hard to find what you need. Over-reliance on mashing tissues, without any understanding of neural factors.
It looks like there might be a mistake. Sounds like you were just on on “Daily Mobility” section where we only program MFR and isometrics with simple tools that people have at home like a ball and a roller. The rest of the site is full of hundreds of mobilization ideas organized around pain, or limited ROM that take a more systems approach to restoring motion like all the banded distractions/joint mobilizations we created and wrote about in our Book Becoming a Supple Leopard. We have lots of examples of movement control drills, end range isometric shutdown drills, voodoo flossing (we invented this too), methods of decongestion, eccentric loading ideas (muscle stiffness), as well as methods where you can simply desensitize a painful area like scraping and percussion. The app also has a first in class mobility test as well as multiple weeks of programming for specific issues like feet and ankles, squats or splits! We love that people start their journey with a little soft tissue work at home, and then move into a more complete understanding of all the things they can do to make themselves feel better and move better. -Kelly *also... seeing that this review is from a disposable email address, ([email protected]) the domain has an invalid security certificate and the name on the account is a pseudonym "Dunning Kruger" - this feels a teensy bit trolly and disingenuous.. Happy to have further discussion with you and equally happy to ammend this reply if I've made an error. Please reach out to [email protected]. Looking forward to the conversation. Thank you.
I enjoy the ability to choose routines that isolate areas based on where I am in my training. If I am feeling a tight or off in a given area working those muscles at the point of pain or surrounding areas with the guides have been very beneficial. I also really like the ability to choose an archetype so I can really focus on areas of deficiency based on my current training protocol. One thing that could be improved on is the app usability. Loading times can be very long at times, the auto start of any of the body part options is annoying, full screen toggle (on Android) is clunky, etc. The app could benefit from some UX development.
Thanks so much for the feedback, Mark We're in the final testing phase of a new app. We hope to have it released in the next few weeks. Thank you!
Great information to keep you being a “supple leopard.”

Thank you for the review!
I've been using Becoming a Supple Leopard for years, and I only just discovered this mobility program/app. I'm beyond thrilled that this is available.
Thanks so much for the review, Lisa! We appreciate it :)
As a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and movement enthusiast, I have been wanting to learn from Kelly Starrett for years. I am grateful to have finally had the chance to enroll in a local, in-person course. The training did not disappoint. I loved every minute and have already applied learnings to my group classes as well as my own workouts. Kelly's instructional approach has always been practical, intelligent, and no nonsense -- just how teaching should be. I can't wait for the next training! Thank you, Kelly!
Thank you, Kiersten! We appreciate you :)
Reliable, proven guidance delivered with humor and style!
Thank you, Philip! We appreciate the feedback :)
Very expensive. And can’t claim it in benefits
Hi, Carlos. Thanks so much for the review. I suppose value is a matter of perception. We don't feel like 50¢/day is particularly expensive and it is inline with our competitors. Further, our mobility coach subscription can be an approved expense for FSA/HSA accounts. https://www.truemed.com/shop/fitness/the-ready-state Thanks again for the feedback.
The depth of the material and the willingness to share with a language and giving systems that a layman or a pro can understand and use. This is dynamic change in the sports performance and rehab industry.
Thanks so much for the review, Frank! We're really grateful :)
