I placed an order with 2nd day air that shipped with Ground instead

I placed an order with 2nd day air. The order has UPS 2nd Day Air in the receipt. My order was shipped ground by mistake. Now, what I ordered will not come close to arriving on time. Customer service apologized and offered a refund for shipping. That’s nice. But it doesn’t improve ground shipping times to my location. One star here because I get to be irritated by this for next week or so until what I ordered arrives.

I reached out to customer service because the style I got was a little big. I wanted to see if they could just suggest a smaller style, but I never heard anything back. I continue to get marketing emails and promotional emails.

Still Hasn't Shipped ...

I placed my order on 4/23 and a label was created for FedEx on 4/24. It was due to arrive 5/4. It is now 5/6 and it still hasn't moved past the label created part. FedEx has yet to even receive my package! I sent Solist an email four days ago and heard nothing. No response. I sent a text to the number mentioned in their phone recording. No response. I will escalate to PayPal soon. My trip is fast approaching and I need to know if this suitcase will work. Terribly disappointed.
