Attendant should’ve shown correct storage. Confused with HC building. Items were loaded in wrong storage. Helper had left after we discovered it was wrong. Grandson had to move items to correct storage alone. Very frustrating to say the least 🤦🏾♀️

I accidentally rented the wrong storage unit on a day when the office was closed. I left a message and Ashley called me back first thing the next morning. She took care of it for me. She made it super easy and stress-free. She’s very pleasant and easy to deal with unlike some other places I’ve dealt with in the same area. I would definitely recommend this this facility.
