The hospitality was exceptional 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mrs. Lisa and her staff were so helpful!!! They did an amazing job helping me. I wasn't feeling well coming straight from the hospital, I have so much gratitude and I'm very appreciative. Thank you Storage Center 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Kayla and Gracie are both wonderful! They are very sweet and helpful through the whole process of renting the units and getting ones close together for the move in. We now have four units at the storage center and would recommend this storage facility to everyone in need of a storage unit. This facility is the cleanest I have ever come across and is very well maintained! Also all units are climate controlled and the rates are the cheapest I have come across!
Jenny and Chavon are awesome. Their customer service skills are genuinely kind and they listen to what you have to say without cutting you off. They are very prompt and professional. Also, I love the way the office is always clean and decorated cute. The world needs more people like that team.
Rachel P., the on site Manager for The Storage Center location at @ Oak Villa is an AWESOME young lady. She is always polite and her work ethic is commendable. Bravo to the Storage Center upper management team for being selective! Keep up the great work Rachel P!
The Staff is amazing. The storage building is vey clean and well maintained. We were only there for a month but felt comfortable that our belongings was safe. Thank you for your care. The staff on duty when we rented the storage was amazing. She walked with us showing us around the place and th ex difference in sizes. She was kind and patient. We used the one on south university in Little Rock Arkansas.
