My first order: It was an easy process adding the pictures and going the digital version. The finished product came out beautifully. I was so surprised how this was done and put all our family together in one picture.
My second order of another family side was not the same. Faces were distorted and one sister in the picture does not look like her at all. So disappointed on that one. But the site is very nice.

This company went to extremes to give me the perfect photo
This company went to extremes to work with me on getting me the perfect photo. I have three grown children who won’t speak to each other. My son doesn’t speak to any of us. My husband/their father passed away unexpectedly and our family fell apart. It’s been very hard. I wanted a photo of my grown children with me and couldn’t get them all together. But through this wonderful company I was able to achieve this. They made it possible. I highly recommend them. The photo turned out wonderful!

I sent a message about receiving my cup but the slide on the lid was broken. I requested a replacement lid. I received feedback stating regret that the lid was broken but no offer to replace it. Will you be replacing the lid? I love the cup but your response to my request was quite vague.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience . Three days after placing my order, I received an email stating my product had shipped . The following week , I received an email stating there were no photos attached to my order , which is not true . I resent the photos . I was perplexed because how could have my order have been shipped if there were no photos to even create the product ? After all this , I never received my product. This print was to be a birthday gift for my brother , which was very disappointing as well . I would 100% not use this company again . They do not comply with their refund policy which clearly states this :
30-day Refund/Replacement Policy:
The following reasons are covered by our 30-day Refund/Replacement Policy. In the cases below, you have the option of a refund or a replacement.
Defective received items – damaged, fractured, or unable to function correctly.
Lost/missing items.
Incorrect – the received item differs in size, color, or customization.
Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.
This policy clearly states “lost/missing
items” .
What a tremendous let down .

Was so easy to order online and the end result was is beautiful. Had picture of my daughter who was named after my mom who had passed away 2years before she was born. Daughter will be getting married in the fall and this will be the most beautiful surprise to her. You folks did amazing job with 2 pictures into one. They said they sent my product out three times and I never got it. I asked for a refund. Never got my money back. I would say this is a scam it has been almost 3 months
