My daughter introduced me to the wonderful teas from the Tea Spot years ago after meeting the owner at an event and my tea drinking has never been the same!! I was always a tea drinker, but the Tea Spot takes that to the next level. I love the variety of teas and blends, all delicious. I always recommend them to family and friends. 10/10 experience always!!
Well, the tea is all FATASTIC! Great tasting, a lot of them are phenomenal iced as well. Flavor is really much better than any teas we've tried. We continue to order and the customer service is exceptional! Lady Lavender, Blood Orange Smoothie! If you haven't tried those two, you've been living under a rock! THE BEST!!!

The tea spot will not stand behind their products. They hide behind an excuse, not being returnable, but other online T companies immediately offer a return satisfaction policy. I would have been happy even with a credit for this product, tasted stale, but customer service would have nothing to do with it, even my customer service rep at T Spot said I personally don’t like this either but I’ve learned to drink it

I ordered a pound of Moroccan mint tea from The tea spot . Thinking Im getting a high quality item. I was shocked when I received the product. The tea was practically a sand. mint and green leaves grinded to a sand. Cheap quality. Now Im stuck with a tea I can not brew.

Everything is great about The Tea Spot! Great tea, great experience and great customer service. I have ordered from their website multiple times and have never had any issues with shipping. It’s always been very quick and my packages have always been correct. The tea is of really good quality and I love it, so I keep ordering more, haha.
Great Tea, Great prices, Great website and customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years I exclusively drink tea (about 1/2 gallon a day) and I sometimes buy bottled ice tea, but making my own is both the most cost effective and best quality. I have gotten from local stores and have either gotten ripped off from places like Teavana or lower quality and only slightly cheaper from local stores. The Tea Spot has the second best quality and variety to anywhere I have got (next to Dobra tea) but by far the best value. I subscribe to the the Green and Black tea clubs and use both their seeping mug as well as tea balls, and am always pleasantly surprised by the tea variety. The website is a nice web interface which I think is pretty and easy to use, and if you call their number, you will get a friendly person in under a minute. I wish I could afford to get more Matcha, but theirs is way cheaper than anywhere else for the same quality.
These teas are so much better than the tea bags you buy in the grocery store. They stay fresh for a long time and provide great flavor no matter how long they've been sitting in the jar. I love how many different flavors they have. I've tried about 5 of them and have even given them as gifts!

Tea Spot is now my go to tea supplier. Awesome collection of green teas and other. I ordered several types of green tea and all tasted amazing. I have never been more pleased. Thanks for the service and the selection. Someone there knows something about tea. Love it!

Tea is ok, but they do not list their nutritional values nor does the Customer Service have it. That's highly suspicious, eso from a company that calls itself healthy. Why hide that info?!?!?

We are actually in the process of adding nutritional panels to all of the teas that we sell in grocery stores. These are scheduled to roll out later this year. Most of our teas are blends of functional herbs, flowers, roots, and leaves from various botanicals, so we are very interested in getting the full panel of antioxidants per serving and mg caffeine per serving . I'm a huge tea fan since the days when I was a student in India and a post graduate student. I've bought all kinds of teas and sample packs from many tea shops -- and I hereby proclaim The Tea Spot's the MOST delicious and best crafted. This came into focus recently when I decided to try samplers again from other tea shops. The teas are good but the Tea Spot truly has the best blends as far as I'm concerned, from the Boulder Breakfast, to the Oolong Coconut, to the green teas. I've now decided to get 90 percent of my tea (there are a few brands sold in stores that I occasionally have( Tea Spot. Why? 1)It's so simple to order, 2)the teas are absolutely delicious, 3)they send you a free sample 4) A donation is made to battle cancer with each purchase. YES I could resume getting samples from a bunch of places, and throwing some of those teas out. I'm just sticking with The Tea Spot.
I received an Urban Tea Tumbler for Christmas and it is brilliant. It is so simple to use and I have recommended it to anyone I know who enjoys their loose leaf tea. It's easy to clean and maintain and I've had no issues using it whilst travelling or between home or work. I also have to praise the excellent customer service of The Tea Spot. I had to get in touch to make and inquiry about my Tumbler and was put in contact with Ali who was polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I am a firm believer that a good business relies on having good customer service and Ali went above and beyond to resolve my inquiry and I'm ever so thankful for the help I received.

Get so much positive emotion just having a tea evening with my family. Last week I brought their black tea sampler and it turn out to be so delicious. Going to buy a new tea-pot and new cups to make our tea-drinking tradition even more unforgettable.
Once I found I was pregnant I became more interested in alternatives to coffee. That's when I learned about the Tea Spot. Wow, they have the most delicious blends, and I'm so sold on a lifestyle with tea even now with my newborn. Great costumer service, friendly and informative staff!
So many options to choose from, and so many wonderful flavors. My favorite right now is the Red Rocks Roobios tea, it's such a soothing blend. We love their Steepware too!
I love the Tea Spot! They have great loose tea. My favorite is the urban tea tumbler, my fiance and I got them as a gift and we both use them almost daily. They also have a great variety of tea, there's something for everyone!
