Not only are their teas excellent but they are an absolutely friendly and professional company when it comes to customer service. Recently I ordered a product and it was delivered to the wrong aptartment. I reached out to them and without hesitation they sent me a replacement. I found that very respectful and kind. I’ve tried many of their teas and they are the best I have had. Especially Lights Out, Keep Fit, and Rise and Chai. Their service is world class.

Fantastic TEA and Fantastic Customer Service. Okay... yada yada; so let me elaborate. Fasten your literate belt - I don't waste time on "great seller" "fast shipper" snippets - let AI handle that ho hum form of too busy to really say how I think mumbles. FIRST: I have been a customer of The Tea Spot a very long time. I have been a TeaFatic many years before I began to order from them and initially relied on what was available in stores and then began to sample the on line market. Even shopped the big chain store tea dealer... wowzer, even though the quality is decent the price is, well, lets just leave it at this - indecent! Not so with The Tea Spot! Quality is at the top of scale of all other dealers in tea, along with selection . I admit after years of tea drinking my preference is pretty straight forward. Started from the innocent and ignorant nubile of my first taste of herbal tea from another Boulder start up years and years ago. That start up was so young the tea came in hand sewed bags! Now on every shelf in major stores. Well, thanks for the introduction but there is so much more to tea than Hibiscus flowers. So now my preference is TEA, or Cha and the dark varieties in particular: straight up or in blends. I shopped a lot places and I can state with absolute certainty The Tea Spot's Pu'er, Oolong, Assam, Black Pearls and blends such as Russian Caravan HAVE NO CONTENDER'S as the BEST TEAS on the market! Yes, I do occasionally purchase the other offers based on my target needs and have never found one that wasn't perfectly blended and exactly as advertised. Big Shout out to Lights Out and Immunity Blends... I do miss the Cold Buster Blend I haven't seen for awhile. I hope I have moved you beyond yada yada and into an interest to give this company's teas a try. There is so much more to say but I will leave you with the most interesting point you may find of value! Be sure and read about the origin and evolution of this business and why it is grounded in real human experience and ethical as well as social perspective. It is truly a remarkable company. The story may not sell the tea to you, but once you sample the tea and the customer service, whether you are a novice or con o sir/she, I am confident you will be glad you have taken my advice. Why Not?

I absolutely love The Tea Spot and I’m so thrilled to have found this site! The teas are exceptional- fresh and well-priced and the customer service is outstanding. I used to order from Teadog.com but had the worst customer service experience imaginable- not once but twice! I now only buy tea from The Tea Spot and I couldn’t be happier to be a loyal customer of this top notch company!
I received a $25 gift card for the Tea Spot. Over the last few months so many things were out of stock, but I finally found some teas to order. There was a pop-up that first time customers received a discount, but when I went to check out it would not accept that promo AND my gift card. Also stated was free shipping over $25. My order was $46.67 and I was charged $5.99 for shipping! Be careful checking out as twice an item "that I might like" was added and I had to go back and delete them. When I did receive the order on March 28, 2026, a card for a discount was included that expires today, March 31, 2026. I haven't tried the tea yet, but I doubt I will be back.

Gift cards and promo codes work perfectly together at checkout, and your order actually reflects this: your 20% welcome discount and your gift card were both successfully applied to your order. Gift cards are a payment method, not a discount, so they never conflict with a promotional code. Our free shipping offer required the separate code SHIP25, and as noted on the welcome discount, that offer “cannot be combined with other discounts or promotion codes.” Our checkout page also states directly at the promo code field: “Discount codes can’t be combined. If you enter multiple codes, only one will apply and others will be removed.” Only one promo code can be applied per order, which is standard across nearly all online retailers. We also want to be clear that we never automatically add products to a customer’s cart. The “you may also like” section is a recommendation feature only. Items shown there require you to click “add to cart” before they’re included in your order. No product will be added to your order unless it is a free gift with purchase or you add it yourself. As a small-batch specialty tea company, some of our teas are seasonal or produced in limited quantities, which can mean occasional availability gaps. After a small mixup with the package delivery, I got in touch with their support. They were super fast at getting back to me and resolving the issue. They were friendly, fast, and supportive. Would use them again just due to how great their customer service was.

I don’t remember a time when a company that was immediately responsive when I had an issue. Once they were made aware of the issue… it was taken care of within 2 days. That’s GREAT customer service!!! And their product is Amazing!!!
I have been buying tea from The Tea Spot for years. I love that it’s a women-owned business and that part of the proceeds go to charitable causes. The quality and selection of teas offered by The Tea Spot is amazing! My absolute favorites are Winter Solstice (stay frosty on this one and buy whenever you have the chance - it sells out fast for a reason!) and Morning Mojo, but there’s truly something for everyone. The teas are perfect for a little indulgent care of self, but also always make a great gift. I have never given someone one of these teas as a gift and they did not swoon. The flavor of the teas is incredible. Beyond this, the customer service is top notch. I’ve had a few questions over the years that I’ve been purchasing teas from them, and they are quick to respond, kind and always helpful. Their emails are warm and have a personal touch versus the usual form emails. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
Talk about amazing customer service! I received my order and an item was mistakenly omitted. I contacted customer service to explain the issue and I received a reply within minutes to apologize and let me know that my product was shipped out immediately along with a free gift of teas(which I am looking forward to trying). I ordered 100 saches of EARL GREY TEA and all the little bags/sachets were open. I had to take all the dry tea leaves out and put it in a glass container because all the sachets were bad. Be MINDFUL: the DATE THAT i ORDERED IT MIGHT BE INCORRECT because I don’t remember but I’ll go to my emails orders

Their tea is top notch... but more than that, their customer service has been over the top great. When a package arrived damaged, not only did they replace the order quickly, but they included an extra "sorry about that" in the order. Communication was kind, and they are a pleasure to buy from. Highly recommend.
I’ve been getting my Tea from The Tea Spot for quite awhile. The organic Black Pu’reh is my favorite. But, I always love a cup of Morning Mojo. The prices are fair, and the quality can’t be beat. I had an issue with my most recent order. It was handled with speed and professionalism. I am a very happy customer.
My first contact with The Tea Spot was an order of a screw-on mason jar filter. I do love this item! I had a couple of questions about cleaning it and when I reached out to Customer Service at The Tea Spot, Tracy was extraordinary in her knowledge, enthusiasm and focus with my questions. Since that first contact with The Tea Spot, I have communicated with Tracy a few times. She has been generous with her recommendations and I have ordered a few more items, both wares and teas. The Tea Spot's Blood Orange Smoothie herbal "tea" is fragrant and delicious! This is a tea company who really cares about its customers and I look forward to my further association with them.
I’ve bought tea from this company for years. I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of the tea I have received. That’s first. Second, though, they publish all the information, so you know what’s in the tea, where it was sourced, if it was grown organically, etc.. They have a huge assortment of teas, finally, and you can find all the information you need about the best ways to enjoy your purchase.
The Tea Spot provides the highest quality products available and absolutely amazing customer service. Getting both from one place does not happen by accident! There are so many, really delicious and organic choices, high-quality looseleaf tea and a ton of information about their products and about tea in general. I have a handful of favorites and highly recommend trying a wide variety of flavors, there are so many! And it’s delightful to know if I use a tea sachet it’s nontoxic! I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times with general questions about products and always been pleased with the interactions. I’ve only ever encountered customer service once with a product I didn’t care for and they treated me so well, they made my day. I’m so grateful to have this.”spot” in my day, every day. ❤️
