AutoSave gives me an opportunity to save $ every month while protecting me from paying more than the price to compare.
Customer support is unhelpful
I've not used them for very long however it seems like my energy usage went up an extreme amount without me changing anything up, in fact I've actually been unplugging nearly everything in my apartment. My old company I was with told me I used about 930kw last month and somehow only a week into Think energy I've used nearly 410kw with no explanation. The customer support isn't helpful either with little to no explanation or helpful info to help me figure out the issue...they use ai or if it's a real person the real person is copy and pasting seemingly ai generated responses which I find ridiculous.
Easy supplier switch
The change of electricity supplier was made so simple by using Think Energy. Plus they saved me money by switching.

Great Savings, NO RISK
I signed up for AutoSave and I have been saving 5% almost ever since. The Home Battery Program coming soon is really cool, and I know a bunch of people saving with Community Solar.

Everlasting simplicity
It's so simple. No need to keep track of a contract expiry date (there IS none). The rate I pay is always less than my utility when my power comes from Think Energy (Think Home Solutions). Just plain simple, everlasting savings.

Love my rates
Easy to sign up. My rate started out great but recently the rate went down and I was able to get the lower rate for just $29.95. Absolutely amazing! I’m also experiencing the benefits of connecting my smart thermostat.

Energy & Technology: Winning Combo!
I've been a customer since October 2024. While everyone is in an uproar about their electricity bill, I just explain that I'm a Think Energy customer & don't have those issues 🤷🏾♀️. Everyone gets curious especially when I mention AutoSave. The technology that helps customers save automatically is unique to Think Energy & has been doing it's job without an issues. Cutting edge using technology & energy to do what's best for the customer. So glad I found this company! Customer for life! 😁

I signed up with Community Solar through ThinkEnergy. I’m saving money every month. With the cost of electricity going up, saving some every month really helps. Everyone should take advantage of this great program. Thank you ThinkEnergy for putting some money back in my pocket, instead of taking it out.

Not recommended
Their customer service line is a dead end and the promise of $100 gift card was not received. The response was "Unfortunately, we’re unable to verify your account", very frustrating.
