Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the instructors for their exceptional knowledge, engaging teaching methods, and ability to break down complex Agile and Scrum concepts into clear, actionable insights. Reviewers mention that the training sessions are well organized, highly practical, and packed with interactive real-world activities that help professionals apply new skills directly to their jobs.
However, some customers also noted that classes could sometimes feel crowded with too many participants, which made personal interaction and engagement slightly more challenging. Despite these occasional issues, people consistently expressed feeling thoroughly prepared, confident, and eager to implement what they learned in their workplaces.

I took CSM class about 4 times in my professional career. This class is the best class I've taken. Great for experienced Scrum Masters and for other professionals who are trying to become SMs. Richard is a great leader, he is staying on the subject and stays on-time, yet he is able to make it fun, funny and very engaging. I am checking his schedule to find other classes he is teaching. Highly recommend Richard and ThinkLouder for your CSM cert classes.
Taking the Scrum Master certification class through ThinkLouder was an excellent experience. The Eric Tucker was engaging, knowledgeable, and made complex Agile concepts easy to understand. The course was well-structured, interactive, and focused on real-world application. I left feeling confident and fully prepared to step into the role of a Scrum Master. Highly recommend for anyone serious about Agile and team leadership!
Great two-day course - Certified Scrum Master. The instructor Eric was committed and engaged. He help connect concepts and ideas from the material into real-world examples. Excellent all around from training to exam prep and support.
Had a great classroom experience. Rick is one of the most experienced agile coaches, and I recommend anybody pursuing Agile/Scrum certifications to be a part of his training sessions! Thank you once again Rick!
Rick was a great instructor. Not a teacher. He didn't read and lecture. He explained things so everyone understood. I value a quality instructor. Anyone can teach it takes talent to instruct!!
This class was insightful, well presented and offered lots of time for questions. I enjoyed attending and learned some tips to apply to our team’s process. The presented kept my attention with his humor and high presentation skills. Would highly recommend.
I had a great experience taking CSPO with Richard Cheng! I actually originally enrolled with another instructor and was changed to Richard last minute due to an internal scheduling glitch. I was slightly concerned Richard's class might be too 'government-focused' for me, but the real-world examples and problems we solved in class were not gov-focused at all. I felt that I received a solid general Scrum education, and despite there not being any official exam associated with the CSPO, he asked thought-provoking questions throughout that helped to ensure digestion of the course material. Highly recommend him as an instructor!
I enjoyed the opportunity to have productive discussion with product owners, BAs, and others from different companies. Also, to hear there are opportunities for us all to grow in our thinking around being Agile and using Scrum.
