Confusing website layout
Navigating the site was tough. I couldn't find important information easily. The product descriptions were too vague, leading to uncertainty about what I'd ordered. The checkout process was also a bit clunky, causing some frustration. I wasted time just trying to figure things out. Super annoying while on the go.

Hi Eric, Giora here, founder of ThinkLouder. Sorry the site experience fell short. A full redesign is already underway with clearer course descriptions and a simpler checkout. Class was okay and I passed the test
Class was okay and I passed the test. Communicating prior to left me wondering if I got scammed by a fake site. Instructor didn't seem to welcome questions or interaction. We were just another class. Course materials were not enough to pass exam, required additional resources.

An Exceptional Prep course for the CSM Exam
The ThinkLouder CSM (Certified Scrum Master) course led by Giora Morein is as good as it gets. The pace of the class allows for enough flexibility to ask questions and participate in practical exercises, while also covering all the bases. Not to mention Giora's knowledge on the subject - which is exceptional. I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering earning/prepping for the CSM exam.

Giora Morein taught the class to the lowest level. He gave some many different explanations within areas that were a little more complicated, and he was really patient. I cannot thank him and Regina enough for getting me to this milestone. I can only hope this will put me on a path to a new career.
