Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the instructors for their exceptional knowledge, engaging teaching methods, and ability to break down complex Agile and Scrum concepts into clear, actionable insights. Reviewers mention that the training sessions are well organized, highly practical, and packed with interactive real-world activities that help professionals apply new skills directly to their jobs.
However, some customers also noted that classes could sometimes feel crowded with too many participants, which made personal interaction and engagement slightly more challenging. Despite these occasional issues, people consistently expressed feeling thoroughly prepared, confident, and eager to implement what they learned in their workplaces.

Excellent course, covering the basics of scrum, with lots of time for discussion. This was not just a recitation of scrum facts and philosophy. The instructor left lots of time to go over questions and scenarios, enabling collaboration and knowledge transfer from peers in the course as well as learning through examples. I found it extremely interesting, engaging, and valuable.
Giora was a fantastic instructor and made the two day bootcamp enjoyable. Regina was also incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn more about the in and outs of being a scrum master!
This was my first professional certification course and I passed the first time with only an HR/Talent Acquisition and child welfare case management background. Super helpful, friendly, easy to follow and very supportive. I appreciated every facet of the training.
My 2 day CSM class was the best, I had the best instructor and I passed the test on my first try. They made everything easy. I highly recommend taking the prep test, it helped a lot.
I recently completed the Certified Scrum Master course, and it was an excellent learning experience. The content was clear, practical, and very well structured. I especially appreciated how the instructor (Joel Bancroft-Connors)connected each Scrum concept to real-world scenarios, making it easier to understand how to apply Scrum effectively within a team.
The interactive activities—like sprint planning exercises, backlog refinement sessions, and mock retrospectives—helped reinforce the material and made the course engaging throughout. Joel encouraged questions, provided thoughtful answers, and created an environment where everyone felt comfortable participating.
I now feel far more confident in my understanding of Scrum roles, events, artifacts, and values. The course has already helped me improve collaboration within my team and my work with a more agile mindset.
Overall, this was a highly valuable learning experience, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum or improve their team’s agility.
The course I've originally registered was cancelled due to “a sudden personal calendar conflict” less than a day (it was even the night) before the start date.
I wonder if those sudden conflicts happen all the time then they don't have enough people enrolled.
As a result (?), there were about x2 more participants in the replacement course (with another instructor) than advertised.
Signed up for a CSPO class. They cancelled the class the night before. Had to ask for a refund 4 times. Was refunded $30 less than I paid. The owner Giora Morein basically tells me it is what it is, talk to your bank. Order: #42355. Absolutely insane
Update 1:
In the below reply the owner states an instructor emergency has caused a cancellation. That is a lie and this did not happen. They cancelled the class because not enough people have given them money to hire an instructor for the session. I have received an email from Regina on the day of cancellation stating : "Hi Unfortunately, this weekend's class is too short on registrations to run...".
Like yea, that would have been fine if I have received a full refund. USD to CAD exchange rate has fluctuated $0.01 between purchase and refund on Nov 6 and Nov 10, which must have resulted in a $5 difference. Not $30.
Owner blatantly lying over public repository should probably make you question whether this level of reputation is acceptable for the company you want to receive your certifications from. Shop elsewhere.

Hi AA,
I’m very sorry for the frustration you experienced - I understand how disappointing it was when we had to cancel your CSPO class at the last minute due to an unexpected instructor emergency. We worked to secure another certified trainer but, with such short notice, it simply wasn’t possible and cancellation was the only responsible choice.
To clarify the refund situation:
You were refunded 100% of the exact amount you paid us in USD. The ~$30 difference you saw was the result of your bank’s currency conversion rate between CAD and USD, something we neither control nor benefit from in any way. That’s why we encouraged you to contact your bank to understand the exchange-rate difference.
In addition to offering you any other CSPO class, we also offered an additional discount to help offset the exchange-rate loss you experienced - but you declined that option.
Even so, I’m truly sorry the situation left you frustrated. Your experience is not the standard we aim for, and I’d be happy to discuss this directly if you’d like to resolve anything further.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class. The instructor was engaging and brought the content to life through his drawings, which helped me understand the material better.
Giora was a great instructor for my CSM course and Regina is a fantastic resource for all questions I had. G was very engaging, outgoing, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ThinkLouder! FYI: I passed my CSM exam on the first try with a lot of time to spare!
Joel was a fantastic instructor and was prompt. Answered all of our questions, was insightful and made the learning experience fun and engaging. I'll be sure to be back to ThinkLouder to obtain my CAPM/PMP in the coming months. Thank you!
It was a great experience. I would happily recommend ThinkLouder to anyone looking to get their certificates. It was an interactive class. It required minimum setup. Overall just an amazing experience.
