Reviewers mention that the training sessions are well organized, highly practical, and packed with interactive real-world activities that help professionals apply new skills directly to their jobs. However, some customers also noted that classes could sometimes feel crowded with too many participants, which made personal interaction and engagement slightly more challenging. Despite these occasional issues, people consistently expressed feeling thoroughly prepared, confident, and eager to implement what they learned in their workplaces.

What people say

I’m so glad I attended this class

I thoroughly enjoy my experience in the ScrumMaster certification course taught by Giora. He is incredible at fostering participant engagement and has a wealth of knowledge. I learned so much and was glad that the 8 hour long classes didn’t feel like 8 hour long classes. This was a worthwhile investment in my career.

Overall, it’s a good beginner-level class

The instructor is very professional, and the class is well prepared. I think the number of students could be smaller so that each of us can be more engaged with real work case scenarios rather than focusing mainly on completing the workbook content. The weekend class could also be extended over two weeks.

Highly engaging class and outstanding quality content, super recommended

The course was highly engaging and enjoyable. The training content was of outstanding quality, delivered in a dynamic and never tedious way, with a particularly appreciated focus on practical examples in project management rather than merely on theory and definitions. The main goal of the CSM course is to learn concepts that can be effectively applied through one’s own managerial style, and in this regard, instructor Giora Morein was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this course - especially with ThinkLouder and Giora Morein.

Simplicity and Knowledge

It was easy to register, and communication from start to finish, including instructions was simple! Joel Bancroft, the trainer, was a super Gorilla! He kept me engaged and curious. He provided me with all tools I need to be successful. I benefited a lot from this training and I wish I can give it 10 stars. Strongly recommend to new product owners, business leads and product managers. Thank you!
