What people say

The program itself was well-designed…

The program itself was well-designed and very helpful. The content was clear, relevant, and provided a solid understanding of CSPO concepts. One area where I think the experience could be even better is in the trainer’s delivery style. While very knowledgeable, the trainer felt a bit reserved at times. A warmer and more welcoming approach could make the sessions more engaging and encourage participants to interact and ask questions more freely. Overall, I truly appreciate the effort that went into the training and found it to be a valuable experience.

Loved it

I recently completed a Product Owner training and absolutely loved it! 💡 The course was engaging, practical, and filled with real-life examples that made the role of a PO feel so much more tangible. What I appreciated the most: • Clarity on the PO role – not just as a “requirements manager” but as a true value maximizer. • Backlog management in practice – learning how to prioritize based on value, not just on the loudest voice in the room. • Collaboration with the Scrum Team – shifting from simply writing stories to truly enabling the team to deliver the best solutions. • Stakeholder management – how to build trust, set clear expectations, and create transparency. A huge thank you to our trainer for guiding us with expertise, patience, and humor, and to my fellow participants for all the inspiring discussions. I’m walking away with new tools, insights, and—most importantly—a refreshed perspective on how to create real impact as a Product Owner. 🚀

ThinkLouder’s CSM course with Rick Waters

ThinkLouder’s CSM course with Rick was excellent — clear, engaging, and very informative. Rick broke down the Scrum framework in a way that was easy to understand and apply, while also making the sessions interactive and enjoyable. What really stood out was how practical the course felt. Rick connected theory to real-world examples, and that made a huge difference in my ability to remember and apply the concepts. It’s no surprise that so many of my fellow classmates have already passed the exam — his teaching method clearly works! I walked away from the course feeling confident, well-prepared, and inspired. I passed my exam with 100%, and I can’t thank Rick and ThinkLouder enough. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to pursue their CSM certification.

Great Course - Great Instructor

The course information was easily understood and the examples provided enhanced understanding. Rick Waters did a great job interacting with participants and answered questions readily and with grace - even when project managers (like me) tried to delineate what we thought we knew versus actuality. I highly recommend Rick as an instructor for this course.

I wish I’d signed up years ago!

I took a three day CSPO certification class. I’ve been a PM for over fifteen years and hadn’t ever gotten the certification. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The class was very well structured. Over the course of training the breakout groups took a team idea through from ideation to roadmap and sprint planning. Even with years in the field I learned quite a bit. Even better, my group and the instructor were fabulous. The whole experience reminded me how fulfilling the job can be with good guidance and colleagues. I wish I had done this sooner.
