This class had far too many people in…

This class had far too many people in it. The same voices dominated discussion. Luckily I had a familiarity with Scrum going into the course. I fear if I were a complete novice I would have been confused by all the side conversations.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your experience fell short of expectations. Our goal is to create an engaging, interactive environment and it sounds like we missed that for you. Interactive questions is an important part of any live class but we also take steps to manage discussion to ensure that they always align with the course objectives. It sounds like I didn’t strike the right balance in your session, and I truly regret that. If you're up for it - I would love a chance to make it right. Please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to enroll you in another session at no cost, whether with a different instructor or even a different course. Your input helps us improve, and I appreciate you sharing it. Giora Morein CEO, ThinkLouder

The class from ThinkLouder taught by Richard Cheng

The class from ThinkLouder taught by Richard Cheng was absolutely great! A Kanban board was used to set clear expectations of what would be covered on each day. Richard was easy to understand, gave great real life examples, and adjusted the pace of the class after every work item to make sure no student was left behind. I would highly recommend this class to others.

I can apply what I learned immediately!

I can apply what I learned to my work immediately! We had hands-on real-world activities that really solidified what we were learning. Our instructor, Eric, has years of experience that he shared with us to help us understand how the lessons could be applied in the workplace and what obstacles we may be faced with. I've been a Product Owner for a year and learned a lot that will help me grow in my job and become a much better PO for my team.

Completing the Certified Scrum Product…

Completing the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification was a transformative experience. The program not only deepened my understanding of agile principles and product ownership, but also sharpened my ability to prioritize features, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive customer-centric innovation. It’s more than a credential—it’s a mindset shift that empowers strategic leadership in fast-paced environments. A huge credit goes to my instructor Mr. Rick Waters, whose clarity, energy, and real-world insights made every concept resonate. His ability to connect theory with practical application—through engaging exercises, case studies, and candid discussions—was exceptional. He didn’t just teach Scrum; he modeled it. His guidance has left a lasting impact on how I approach product strategy and team collaboration.
