Completing the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification was a transformative experience. The program not only deepened my understanding of agile principles and product ownership, but also sharpened my ability to prioritize features, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive customer-centric innovation. It’s more than a credential—it’s a mindset shift that empowers strategic leadership in fast-paced environments. A huge credit goes to my instructor Mr. Rick Waters, whose clarity, energy, and real-world insights made every concept resonate.
