Today, Thursday May 28, 2026 at 1:17 pm. I talk with a rude young guy I couldn’t get his name because he was talking to fast. all I wanted to do is pay off my loan and I’m trying to tell him that I’m going to send my check in the mail it seems like he didn’t understand English or he didn’t won’t understand what I was saying or he thinks I’m going to send a fake check in the mail . NO IM NOT STUPID! I would never do that . Plus he was getting a attitude with me. I didn’t appreciate that at all. Just wanted pay my loan off that’s it and I don’t like to leave any negative reviews on people.but, he made me mad though and I appreciate that y’all let me borrow money.still I’m not going have anyone giving me attitude over the phone when I want to pay you guys off .Thank you:)

Always there when I have an emergency or in a pinch. I have the ability to pay off loan without incurring high monthly interest payments.

I was having an issue with my payment dates. I called customer service and they updated my paydays for accurate payment plan. Very friendly and helpful 👌
