morrning hours are the best to visit museum ;)
I am born and raised in London and had the pleasure and privilege of visiting the tower with two American teenagers. Seeing a thousand years of Norman history and two thousand years of Roman foundations through their eyes was truly magical. They were fascinated with, and excited by, every aspect. The presentation, written explanations and artefacts were exemplary; and as for the Crown Jewels I think it’s fair to say that minds were blown. Again, I am London born and raised and have lived here for 70 years; I was very, very impressed.
Beautiful View&good animals
Buying the tickets was very easy and fast. All the informations were very clear. I definitely recommend them
We paid for a tour of MISSION CONTROL which is why we bought tickets over two months early, arrived thirty minutes before our tour was scheduled and drove over 5 hours to get there. When we arrived thirty minutes prior to our tour time we were told all the tours were already booked and the only tour left was viewing the rockets. It was SO DISAPPOINTING
When I arrived at the aquarium there was a long line. So I stood off to the side and quickly and easily bought my ticket online. Then I was third on the line for purchased tickets. Between buying the ticket on Tickete and standing on the short line, I was in 20 minutes sooner than if I had stayed on the other line.
VG Museum is manageable, 3 floors. It is well laid out and tells the story of his professional and personal life. There were definite phases in his painting expertly told. His mental health struggle were well documented.,There are many famous pieces and we loved his many self portraits. Very worthwhile. Took about 1.25 hrs. Museum is beautiful, attend and enjoy.
Very easy to use. Tickets were emailed and whatsapped to me.
The Sky bus was fine but this site didn’t give an option for a seniors ticket and we ended up being considerably out of pocket. Best to buy from the official site or purchase at the airport.

The audio guide, the people around, it was a beautiful experience
Not much has changed over the years. The whole place looked dated sadly. Have been to many aquaria over the world and think London Aquarium is overly priced especially for toddlers. Won’t go again
the entry and route were accessible and clear. staff very helpful. it was a bit too crowded for my liking, but not a negative about the experience.
We found it difficult to see some of the creatures due to a large number of visitors many of whom spent a long time taking photos and videos and preventing other visitors from being able to get to the front of the windows. Also, a number of the large tanks had no information about the fish in them. We did like the information on environmental and climate changes and the impact on sea life. It was also good to see and read about the rescue of Bowser, the large turtle abandoned in Richmond. This had a huge impact on our grandchildren
Hi Vanessa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the large number of visitors made it difficult to fully enjoy some of the exhibits. We understand how frustrating it can be when crowds obstruct the views, especially when you're visiting with family. We appreciate your positive comments about the conservation and environmental exhibits, and we're glad you and your grandchildren found Bowser's story meaningful. We'll also pass your feedback regarding the exhibit signage and visitor experience on to the attraction. We hope you'll have a more enjoyable visit in the future. If there's anything we can assist you with, you can always reach us through our Help Centre at tickete.co/help or by email at [email protected].
Very efficient service and so much to see and do in St Paul's. Excellent audio visual guide and also guided tour.
This was a fantastic experience - thoroughly enjoyed by all. Please note: ensure your earphones are connected correctly so you don’t miss out on the audio.
Scam. Purchased 2 tickets to the MoMA and they had previously been used. Do not use this company
Hi Kayleigh, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have. Please email us at [email protected] with your booking ID (it starts with "T"), and we'll investigate this with the attraction immediately. If the tickets were incorrectly marked as used before your visit, we'll review the case as a priority and work to make this right. You can also reach us anytime through our Help Centre at www.tickete.co/help/. We look forward to resolving this for you as quickly as possible. Regards, Team tickete
The ship is ok, interactive elements are good and it is presented well. Not sure at this point how much is the actual Cutty Sark and how much is replacement materials, but the kids enjoyed it. The cafe is very expensive. £2.60 for a can of water. Spent £25 there and had very little to show for it. The gift shop staff were not good. A young man working there just wandered off when it was my turn to be served after 3 staff had served one women. Presumably because she was spending a lot. Pure ignorance. Like they are doing you a favour.
It was a wonderful tour. You get to see amazing views of Toronto. The booking process was simple and the meeting point was easy to find The captain, Sophie, was diligent and skilled. The host, Oliver, was cheerful and friendly. There are plenty of opportunities to take pictures
Far too many people booked in per slot, one poor woman took ill because of the confinement, queuing in a dark, hot and overcrowded area for the cable car. The cable car ride was a bizarre addition- a lot of faff for very little information. It was impossible to enjoy the exhibits and experience with that many people. A real shame.
Hi Sinead, We're sorry to hear that your visit didn't meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience long queues and overcrowding, especially if it affected your ability to enjoy the attraction. While visitor capacity and queue management are handled by the the venue, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If you'd like us to review your experience further, please email us at [email protected] with your booking ID (it starts with "T").
