Terrible service I made a mistaken purchase and it didn’t took me more than 5 minutes to realize it and ask for a refund and they said that my tickets were unrefundable. This is a terrible customer service.

Hi Juan, We're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when a booking is made by mistake. Unfortunately, cancellation and refund policies are set by the attraction and are clearly displayed before purchase and on the checkout page. For tickets that are marked as non refundable, we're unable to override the attraction's policy, even if the request is made shortly after booking. If you'd like us to review your booking, please email us at [email protected] with your booking ID (it starts with "T"). You can also reach us anytime through our Help Centre at tickete.co/help. We'll be happy to look into your case and see if there's anything we can do. Regards, Team tickete

Book ahead and relax

Easy to book and really no line to wait in. We paid extra for the elevator up - we had just arrived after a long travel day and jet lag. It was hot and it was worth it!

Absolutely avoid this company and buy…

Absolutely avoid this company and buy your Skybus return tickets directly from the official provider. My payment initially showed as failed, and I immediately showed the error message to a Skybus staff member on site. They advised me to buy another ticket. A short time later, I discovered that the original payment had actually been processed as well, meaning I was charged twice for the same return ticket. The customer service was extremely disappointing and the whole experience felt unprofessional and careless. I would never use this company again and strongly recommend purchasing directly from the official ticket provider to avoid the same frustrating experience.

Hi Arno, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that you had been charged twice after being advised to purchase another ticket. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We'd like to investigate what happened and review the duplicate payment with our payment provider and the attraction if necessary. Please email us at [email protected] with your booking ID (it starts with "T") and any details of the second charge. We'll review your case as a priority and do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. Regards, Team tickete

Skybus service is essential to provide connectivity Government ruined this.

The service is commendable but it doesn’t connect to Town hall Station. One would think that construction of the Southern Cross Station a major tourism hub that connects everyone to Train, Trams and Bus Services would be something not to mess with. So bloody inefficient and inept is the State Labor Government that effectively they created a separate rail system run by Chinese Government and have given them favour over the Original Metro Rail System. Being unaware of the changes I was left stranded at Southern Cross Station forced to carry 150kg of luggage and struggle to reach a platform that took me to a train that provided me with another train exchange to the Pakenham Line and reach my home destination. Skybus services should also be compensated because southern Cross Station was built to integrate all transport services to and from Melbourne Airport.

Visiting MoMA was one of the highlights of our trip to New York. The collection is incredible, with iconic masterpieces like The Starry Night alongside fascinating contemporary works. Every gallery felt thoughtfully curated, and there was always something surprising around the next corner.

We had a great day at Kew Gardens

We had a great day at Kew Gardens. So much to do and see. The train ride was very helpful. A bit disappointed that the cafés / restaurant had a very poor selection of gluten food for my husband, who is Coeliac. All they could offer for lunch was a salad and a brownie 🫤

A five-star experience from start to…

A five-star experience from start to finish. The tour was excellent, with a knowledgeable and engaging guide who explained the history of the brand and the whiskey-making process in a clear and interesting way. The tasting session was also very enjoyable and a great way to finish the tour. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dublin.

Good experience

I booked the tickets for Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam. Everything went well: it was easy to book them, no problems with the payment.

Enjoyable activity for kids!

Going to the location was bad, as we all know, there are loads of people near Big Ben. The experience was enjoyable for kids however, for the price that was paid, there should be a limited number of visitors on a timeslot just to space it so that children and families can enjoy without having to wriggle around people. I came with my 7 year old and it was not fair that he had to squeeze in between grown-ups just to see the fishes plus one ticket costs almost 30-40£!

We really enjoyed our tour of the Van…

We really enjoyed our tour of the Van Gogh Museum with our tour guide Martina! Martina was amazing and incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to walk us through the history, context, and technical aspects of each and every painting we stopped by. We learned so much and our experience at the museum was greatly improved with the guidance of Martina and the tour overall. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

The BEST tour guide

Our tour guide, Zander, was fantastic. Yes - he was knowledgeable, but it was much more than that. He engaged with everyone in the group from the very first point of contact. He was friendly and funny whilst delivering his facts and knowledge.

I loved the museum

I loved the museum. I’m a long time Van Gogh fan and to see so many of his paintings and drawings at one time was wonderful . Amazing experience

The exhibits were excellent

The exhibits were excellent. The family exhibit was particularly good for showing the narative and having a good natural flow. We needed a wheelchair and the museum was great providing one but the clear glass elevator was not good for our person who was scared of heights. Plus the elevator did not always drop us off in a sensible place to start the galleries in order. The bookshop was nice to see it was wheelchair accessible with the life but the amount of space in the shop would not have allowed easy passage. The number of people in the galleries was on the high side. It did not make it easy to get around or read the cards. The cards for the paintings were absurdly small print for being feet behind a line. I saw many people squinting to read them.

Great birthday present for my grandson

The museum was a surprise birthday present for my 11 year old grandson and Wow did he enjoy it! Absolutely fantastic morning out. The titanic section at the end was well worth the visit from Yorkshire. The image of the wreck under your feet was breathtaking. Well worth a visit
