Absolute worst customer service-Do not buy from here
I purchased 4 tickets from this company, and it has been a complete nightmare. After my purchase, they explicitly told me they would contact me with the next steps. They completely failed to do so. When I finally reached out to their customer service team to figure out what was going on, they refused to process a refund, claiming that 'the time window had passed! The only reason the time passed is because they never contacted me like they promised. It is entirely this company's fault, and I have the written proof and screenshots to back it up. They took my money, failed to communicate, and are now using their own negligence as an excuse to pocket my cash. Save your money and buy elsewhere-this place is running a complete scam.
Nothing you haven't seen before...
Moco has a reasonable collection of Banksy limited edition prints, two smaller sized Basquaits but very little else to recommend it. Most of the artworks are common and not worthy of inclusion in a museum exhibition that charges €18 entry.

A beautiful and clean building. Great atmosphere and wonderful art to view. Love how much space there is so it didn't feel too crowded. Wish I had more time!
Extremely disappointed with my…
Extremely disappointed with my experience. The system cancelled our reservation just 15 minutes after we successfully booked it, even though the issue was not our fault. We contacted customer service immediately, explained our situation, and asked for consideration, but there was no flexibility, no option to reschedule, and no refund. We had already traveled from Washington just to visit this attraction and were flying back to Canada the next day, so we had no chance to come back. We paid for four tickets and received nothing in return. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of consideration for customers. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
Fabulous informative and relaxing
Fabulous informative and relaxing. My only downside was there’s a very limited choice for visitors who require gluten free food. Lots of choices if you have no allergies or if you’re a vegetarian, people who are vegetarian or vegan it’s normally a lifestyle coeliac people have no choice but still have to eat please give us a little more choice

Over priced
Over priced. We thought we ware booking through direct merchant but find out after having mistaken. For wrong date. That this is a third party booking site for o the rock attraction. I lost my military discount and over paid by 93.34$ To this site for 3 people Total. So be careful full. And this guys are out of USA so you can. It even dispute a charges I would not recommend booking with them. It’s a best

Fabulous staff
Well spread out. Fabulous informative and helpful staff. Great variety and all labelled. Staff in the palace and Charlottes Cottage were so knowledgeable and interesting. Ran out of time - 7 hours not enough!!
MISSED RIDE
We were told there was a ride at the end but it didn’t happen. We were in a corridor getting told about it and then ended up in the gift shop. I asked security where the ride was and he didn’t know. Gutted that I paid for this and didn’t get, I would appreciate a refund back to my card. (I am not of larger body proportions or hard or hearing)
I have been to Ireland over 10 times…
I have been to Ireland over 10 times and missed going to the Guiness storehouse. This time I got to check it off the bucket list and it was so well worth it. No overload of information, just the key elements to really appreciate the history. Great interactivity and finally the pint of Guinness with a spectacular view of Dublin. The staff were incredible and offered to take our photos along the way which was great for group photos!

I appreciated the chance to get a tour…
I appreciated the chance to get a tour at the last moment to Vatican museum, Sixtine chapel and Basilica San PIetro. When we arrived I was told the Basilica was not included, so we paid additional 15 EUR per person. Basilica is free as I learnt. The guide was nice, but the tour was tooooo basic. And overpriced.
