I wanted a map of the seats, I couldn't tell where the over 21 areas were. We just ended up buying more expensive tickets to make sure we were in an adult area that was covered. but that is just a guess at this point.

Click here to confirm order. I clicked and it brought me here. It's confusing. Also amount is in USD!!!! It's waaaay more than I wanted to spend, I didn't realize it was in USD. I wouldn't have bought the tickets. Insane. Somehow I purchased insurance for concert tickets!? YTA guys. Get YST and be more transparent. Your formatting is terrible and things are easy to miss. The website allowed me to choose which section and row that I wanted to sit in. It gave me the prices from lowest to highest. It also confirmed my order before checkout to ensure that I had selected the seats I wanted and my information was correct.

We tried MANY times to order in the app, to no avail. Then we called Customer Service that walked us through just trying the same thing over and over then expediting our Error code 0533 ticket, telling us we should get a response in 5-7 days. By then our time will more than likely be gone. After getting off the phone with CS we decided to try the website as a one time customer and got the tickets ordered. Just a lot of fuss to order 2 tix for 2 months away.

The only issue I have is that after ordering our tickets and paid $50, within an hour the tickets were selling for $42. I would like to get a refund for the $8 x 2 tickets. I can send a screen shot of the lower $42 price if needed. Now the tickets are back up to $51.

Really really really really dislike the moving scan bar on the tickets. am often not able to access them when at the event and then it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a fix.

It's good to know that it is 100% guarenteed that I will get tickets to the hockey game that I want to go to and in the section and row that I want to sit in. I would like it better if I could be shown what seats I'm getting. Also it would be more helpful if the delivery date could be narrowed down more. Being told that tickets will come by the day before the game kind of makes me nervous. But the buying was an easy process. The price seemed pretty similar to what I paid for the last game. The confirmation was emailed promptly.
