Tickets are confirmed, but have to wait to get tickets till closer to the event. I’d rather have the tickets right away, so I know they’re all set.

Unhappy buyer.
I ordered tickets to an event three months ahead, but they will become available to me online only ONE DAY before the show. This worries me that something might go wrong at the last minute. I am traveling on the day of the show and DO NOT have access to my computer once I leave home. ALSO, my seats are in the very last row of the theater. I did not know this when I made the order. Your website did NOT disclose that you are a third party reseller. I would NOT buy from you if I knew this. I WOULD LIKE to cancel my order and get a refund. Otherwise, I would like to download my electronic tickets far in advance of the show. Please advise.

Not sure if I received tickets by email. I just got a confirmation. I received them and $25 is marked in the tickets. I purchased 2 tickets for the outrageous sum of $143. Beware of this ticket agency. It is a total rip off.

I didn’t get the tickets I ordered and paid for. I got tickets in another section. This is just wrong. In the future I will be sure to steer people away from this site.
