You cannot contact Tiger Mist via phone. The phone number listed of 03 8418 0046 does not ring. It continuously goes straight to engaged. The only way to contact them is via email. If there is a problem with your order, you back and forth on email for days. Good Luck!! I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

The customer service is terrible

The customer service is terrible, no one has gotten back to me in regards to a tracking number. There are no tracking details and I don’t where or when my parcel is going to come. I’ve emailed and messaged on instagram and no one is getting back to me, I would avoid especially if you are overseas.

Possible scam

Possible scam - They charged my bank twice but said my payment declined. They also auto-filled my address wrong. And I have received no order confirmation.

SCAMMERS! Stole my credit card data

I used my platinum credit card on their site. I immediately got a text from the bank informing me of a successful transaction. The site said my card was declined. If ever they try to sell my data, I just had the card blocked. The dress was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister. Her birthday is in 8 days, and her entire wishlist is online/international. Thank you very much for the hassle.

Cancelled my order, rude customer service

Cancelled my order "because my zip code was wrong" (it autofilled because I used shop to pay). Item was on sale, then refused to honor the price I had ordered the items at. Reached out to customer service, but the representative I talked to was rude and disrespectful, as well as unaccomodating.

I have a skirt I love but I was disappointed, looks denim In photos but it’s cheap polyester in real life, also had to buy an XL for it to fit me low rise when I’m a medium and I should really be getting a large or medium.

I was so disappointed with Tiger Mist

I was so disappointed with Tiger Mist, considering how many good things I had heard. Because my first order turned out great, I had decided to order from them a second time, and I never received the order. I lost over 200$ on this order, and Tiger Mist simply stopped responding when they couldn't figure out why it wasn't delivered, and I didn't get refunded or resent the order. Although this happened a while back, I am still deeply disappointed by their lack of help and care, especially considering it was a problem on their end.

Great customer service

The customer service here was so refreshing. This was my first time ordering, and I received a confusing email from DHL a couple days after placing my order. It seemed like a scam, so I sent it over to customer service just in case so I wouldn’t pay the wrong account. Bianca reached out just within a couple hours of me sending my email and gave me a great explanation about a mishap with DHL and that they would reimburse me the amount I paid the account for the inconvenience of me not knowing I had to pay that until two days after my order. I was very impressed with how quick she was to reply and offer and it makes me want to order again.

I ordered the low rise kitty pants in white in xs. It appears that they are a soft material on the website but the material is EXTREMELY see through. As well as the material has stripe looking things. Not happy at all
