Awful customer service. All chatbots and no one to help. I ordered three items at three different times and they cancelled my orders after I paid very expensive duty fees and shipping saying the items were out of stock. These items were all in matching sets and I was stuck with unmatched sets. I tried to return the remaining part of the sets but I had to pay for return shipping!!! There was absolutely NO case resolution. They offered me 10% off my next purchase but the actual site was giving 20% off in general! I could not even use the combined discount. Do not buy from this company as it has no regard for its customers.

Ten dollar fee per return item
I pre-ordered to items. One came and since it was poor quality I submitted a return. I instantly found out all returns have a $10 fee. So I contacted Tiger Mist to cancel the second pre-order. Instead of doing so they stalled with a canned message and shipped it anyways. Then told me to return it once I get it. Which means I pay another $10 fee. I will never purchase from them again.
I ordered around 7!!!!! items because the photos looked amazing. The quality is horrible, size not fitting and it's very uncomfortable to wear. e.g. I bought a white top which is transparent!!!on the photo it wasn't obvious, also two dresses fit awful. The other items just very very poor quality. Worse than taobao.

Fast order (got my stuff internationally in less than a week), quality is great (I got a bodycon dress, it's really snug and hugs curves in all the right places). I really lost my hope with other websites and dresses- but I think I will very much enjoy wearing this dress

Extra slow delivery
Ordered on feb 20th shipped out 28th, still haven’t received my order yet. Even Shein has better shipping and delivery than this brand. Spent enough for free express shipping but yet deliver the slowest known to man. Make it make sense.

Terrible Experience
I have returned items that did not fit over a month ago and requested a store credit which I still have not received. I have sent multiple emails and just get an AI generated response that does not resolve the issue. I have been a loyal customer and spent hundreds of dollars with this company and they don’t even have the decency to reply to my emails and issue me a credit. Very disappointing experience, I would avoid shopping here!

I am genuinely so shocked to read the disappointing reviews!!! The price point of the clothes, delivery time, returns process is the best I’ve ever experienced for an online company.
I ordered 2 pair of pants xxs and they were like a size 12, I sent both pairs back for a refund.Total order was $178.00 and they refunded $80.00 and said pants were either damaged or not as they were sent to me.
This is a lie and I have asked for proof e.g.photos and they have just ignored my emails. Disgraceful company do not waste your money as sizing is all wrong and they won’t refund if you send items back.

I've ordered several times from them and usually no issues. I ordered 2 seperate orders & had multiple items missing which is super unusual, I reached out to them and they never refunded me. I tried to dispute it through Paypal but no luck. Awful experience, I'm still out about $200 from this.

I placed an order and the dress came…
I placed an order and the dress came within three days but that’s not the problem.. I was charged a few days later the same amount I paid for the dress I ordered but in two unauthorised separate transactions and when I tried to contact customer service they did not reply. I phoned the number and it just rang out and there’s no email to actually email them. I will not be ordering from this site again.
Tiger Mist has excellent product quality and versatility. I love my shopping experience every time I visit their online store. Highly recommend.
