As you can see from the photo I sent to you in my previous email, the items were not opened therefore they were not used. It was a great disappointment when I saw the very small envelope they were in. I knew at that moment they were not what I ordered. This is totally your fault for misrepresenting the product. I received these from Los Angeles, California in the United States and that is where I should return them. I should not have to pay the return shipping. It is more of a loss for me than it is to you. I would appreciate it if you would accept the fact that your company is in the wrong and issue me a total refund and Send me a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL along with your reply.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM: THE ADDRESS THEY SENT IS IN SOUTH KOREA AND DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM.IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE RETURN ADDRESS, IT WILL COST YOU AROUND $20 TO SEND IT BACK. THEN WHAT I UNDERSTAND YOU WON'T GET A REFUND.
Spent $50 for thier crappy dentures. What a joke they shouldn't be able to sell such trash. They are so fake and cheap looking, I could have made a pair out of paper that looked better. Want my money back but getting ahold of them is impossible. I plan to talk to my lawyer.

Do not do business with this company they are a total scam. What I received is completely different than what I ordered and will not refund money disputed me on PayPal also when I tried to get a refund.
The items was so fake, falsely advertised, ( v8 model engine). The best thing this company can do is stop trading and scamming people, customer support is as fake as the products they sell.
The instant dentures they advertise to adhere to gums don't even make it up to the gums. They advertise a natural look and it they send you dentures where the teeth are literally one white piece all connected across the front. There are better made Halloween pop in teeth than this product. I will be requesting a full return and refund.
Bought a "Gasoline OHV V8 small block engine model kit" on the site it tells you all about building it and how it runs and can be used for RC cars along with loads of glowing reviews from hobbiests!

Customer service on the live chat was hopeless took days to respond and sent generic responses until i was demanding info and that was just about the delivery! To complain and ask how to get a refund was even harder.

I only rated this as one star as I had to put something in order to post a review. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, order from this company. I placed an order on December 8, 2025 and still don't have what I ordered. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and nothing.
I ordered a product and when received, was nothing like presented on the website. Their website specifically states you can submit a return within 30 days. I submitted a return within that time frame that I would like a refund. It took a week to get my first response. They asked for pictures and what was wrong with product. I explained and sent pictures of their website and what was received. This time no response for two weeks. Finally I’m told since “they” paid for the product the best they could do was $8,( after spending almost $50) and that I should basically take it or get nothing. I responded with the policy from their website and reminded them as a consumer I also paid for the product along with shipping. I have yet to hear back, that was over 2 weeks ago. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
