Endurian pitch black shutters We bought 11 sets of pitch black…
We bought 11 sets of pitch black Endurian shutters from Timberlane which were delivered in 2017. The shutters are absolutely stunning & truly took our home to the next level! This past fall we noticed just a few shutters had some raised or shadowy looking sections so I contacted Timberlane. I was fortunate to have Sheldon Buckner handle our concerns. We ended up taking photos & measuring the shutters that were affected & Sheldon ordered replacements. He couldn’t have been any nicer or more patient with us. He kept me informed every step of the way & we are awaiting delivery. As I said the shutters really stand out with cutouts of sailboats. We’ve had many compliments over the years & if we ever move, I would order Timberlane shutters all over again. Their quality & customer service are beyond any I’ve seen! Thank you!

Amazing experience!
The teams at Timberlane and Cornerstone Custom Shutter Installations were amazing to work with. First, my shutters are gorgeous. Sean our salesperson worked with me for over a year as our insurance company was involved. We were trying to replicate as closely as possible the shutters on our 1905 Victorian and I have to say, the new ones are even more beautiful than the originals. Jim at Cornerstone knows his stuff (he really helped guide all of the finishing selections and prepared me for how our new shutters would differ from the old). His communication was excellent and he and his installer Lou did a beautiful job installing them. Thank you to all of you for your craftsmanship and expertise!
Exceptional customer service, quality and installation
Representative met with me in person to discuss my project. My 1879 Second Empire House in Historic Lewes, Delaware had 20 year old wooden Timberline shutters. Several of the shutters on the bad-weather prone side of the were showing signs rot and one had been blown off in a recent Nor’easter. It was time to replace that group with a man made material. Customer service was outstanding and touring the factory and seeing the quality of the inventory was impressive. They even painted the shutters to match my current paint scheme. The project took about six weeks as promised and were professionally installed by their preferred installers —Cornerstone. I am exceptionally happy with the results.

Timberlane Shutters and Cornerstone Custom Shutter Installations are the best team of contractors I've ever encountered...on any house project. Full of anxiety about the type of shutters I needed and the measurements involved, I knew I was in good hands with Jonathan Brodzik, my design consultant at Timberlane. He quickly dissolved my stress and reassured me the issues involved would be well handled by Timberlane and Jim VanCamp, Cornerstone's owner and chief installer...and he was right. Jim came to my house to take measurements and discuss shutter installment options a week later. Then, ahead of schedule by a month, Jim and his competent associate, Lou, came to install my shutters on Sunday, October 30th. My Endurian shutters are beautiful and make my 1858 historic, brick home come alive. I will be eternally grateful to Jonathan and Jim for their personal and professional engagement and their commitment to outstanding workmanship. Mike C.

Excellent Product, helpful staff
Keith was very patient and helpful with me in selecting shutters for my house. I was replacing damaged shutters on a home I purchased, and he was able to help me make sure the design of the new shutters exactly matched the shutters I was replacing. They provided detailed diagrams. I was surprised by the turnaround time as it was much faster than the estimated time they gave. The shutters received were of excellent quality and I found no defects. They were curbside delivered to my home.
Timberlane is tops!!
I ordered my BEAUTIFUL Timberlane shutters few months ago (they were delivered in two weeks!) and I finally had them installed this past weekend (October 15, 2022). The entire experience from ordering to delivery was smoothly accomplished. Although my project was a small one, Keith was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional, and he treated me like I was the biggest customer he had ever worked with. He helped me every step of the way! I can’t say enough about the quality and appearance of my new shutters. Even my installer said that he had never seen a shutter even close to the Timberlane’s construction quality. It’s nice to know that you can get a wonderful, American-made product from a company that really knows how to treat their customers. Many, many thanks for making this project such a nice experience.
