Quick and efficient service. Also took time to answer questions about the artefact after I'd purchased it.

Thanks for the great review Jan! More important than a simple ID card, there was a certificate and history sheet in the box and on that certificate, it had all these info points you mention PLUS a condition report! This is critical because your purchase elsewhere may be authentic but maybe only 50% of it is. Most importantly, these certificates explicitly guarantee not only the correct identification and condition, but the integrity and authenticity of the purchase in writing, with no time limit or conditions. Thank you for your order. We look forward to serving you again!

First Rate Business!!
I purchased a dinosaur tooth for my 7 year old grandson's birthday. He has not yet opened it, but I asked my son and daughter-in-law to look at it, to make sure it had arrived safely. They said it is 'amazing!" I am so fortunate to have found this company online. The details of my purchase were specific, and I could make comparisons that led to an informed decision. I am very happy with the purchase, the price, and I know it came from a reputable source. The website provides excellent consumer information. I also asked them to delay shipping for a few days, because the family was not at home at the time of purchase. They gladly did me this favor, and I was kept informed of all the shipping details. This is a first rate business.
