Tire Agent experience was flawless. One star to Pep boys. Scheduled appt for tire installation and they tried to tell me that Tire agent only sent three. Researched on my part thru Fed Ex showed pep boys signed for the four. 4 hrs later , they were on. Then 41 miles later the tire warning light came on. Now I have to go back. Frustrating!

I spent close to $1400 to buy RWL… BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
I spent close to $1400 to buy RWL {RAISED WHITE LETTER} tires, which was incorrectly marked in the website. The agents at this comapny tild me I was wrong, mistreated me and one even told me when calling I was interrupting her. They even brilliantly got my last review removed. I was charged to return the tires. An alleged manager told me they called me and ON A DIFFERENT NUMBER. they had two number to reach me and never called. The alleged manager wrote a number that was conveniently off one digit. They gave me a number to call which was not in service. I was in the automotive service industry for 30 years at a major brand. The mistreatment and the fact that they removed my review is an outrage. They continually told me I was wrong and treated me like a low class citizen or less than sub par to the extremely poor customer service they provided and continued to lie to me, then dismissed me.

Our intention was to be transparent about what happened with your order, and again, I'm truly sorry that, in the process, it made you feel that way. I further checked this, and our website fully discloses that the sidewall is black under the tire's Technical Specifications. We also have a filter specific to the sidewall where several options are offered, including Raised White Letters, for our customers to choose from. We currently have four tire brands on our website for the same tire size with a raised white-letter sidewall. Due to the misunderstanding, significantly reduced the return shipping cost to return the tires. I see that the tires have been returned, and we processed your refund to the original form of payment you used to place the order. I reached out to you by phone on both the number we have on file and the number that you used to call us. Our system records this contact information based on what you used and what you entered at checkout, but both attempts were unsuccessful. Extremely fast shipping, I ordered tires at 9:30pm Sunday and 4 of the 6 tires was at my house by noon Monday. Then the following day I received the rest of the tires. I definitely would buy from here again!
