Ordered the tires on a Thursday. They told me they'd be delivered the following Wednesday. Order 4 tires and received 2 of em on Wed. Had to wait a week for the other 2 to show up and pay a mechanic to hold my car for that long (for a charge) until the other 2 showed up. Needed a wheel alignment with it being all wheel drive, had to wait. But I ordered 4. Called and all I got was 75 bucks rebate and a sorry.

I had popped a “donut tire” that a shop had put on when I thought they had fixed a slow leak. So I had to buy two new front tires-and I got two more Vredestein tires, because they’re a great ride. One month later, I hit a road hazard and fortunately happened to notice that Tire Rack had a warranty policy. Luckily for me, they honored their warranty for my one month old popped tire when I ordered the replacement tire! Tire Rack runs a great business, & I will be definitely be doing business with them in the future, and recommending them to friends as well. Thank you, Tire Rack for honoring the warranty!! This is a Discount Tire and Tire Rack review. I was at an out of town car show and ended up with a wire sticking out of my Continental Extreme Sport rear tire, this was on Friday afternoon. The tires are not quite a year old. The local Discount Tire shop assured me that they’d have a replacement for me by Saturday afternoon. Much to my dismay the tire did not arrive and was told that I’d have to wait until Monday. We were two hours from home and needed to be back by Monday am. Ben, the manager, told me he thought he may have something we could use. He set me up with a Pirelli P-Zero tire as a temporary fix, mounted it up and balanced it in order to get us on the road back home. He charged me absolutely nothing for the tire or installation! I tipped them generously! I ordered a new Continental tire when we got home and realized that my tires were still covered under the road hazard warranty. The new tire arrived, my local Discount Tire mounted it up and they informed me that my center cap was damaged. They weren’t sure if they damaged it or the previous shop did it. Needless to say they ordered me a new one. It was a fantastic experience all the way!

I was disappointed that the road hazard warranty did not cover my tire with about 12K miles on it. A piece of metal punctured the middle tread of my tire, but I was told is could not be repaired due to the size of the puncture. This tire had only about 12K miles on it and was purchased March 2024. July 2026 is considered no road hazard warranty, and my only choice was to purchase a new replacement tire at full price. The delivery and installation of the replacement tire was fine, but the sour taste of a road hazard warranty that left me out to dry soured the experience.

It was easy to locate my tires online at Tire Rack, order them and have them shipped to a Firestone location. I received updates on a regular basis. I didn’t compare prices much but I did a quick search online and I think I got a good price.

I was disappointed to find out that after having a piece of metal puncture my steel belted tire with only about 12K miles on it that the Road Hazard warranty did not apply and the tire was not repairable. The Road Hazard warranty from Tire Rack is only good for two years and has nothing to do with remaining tread on the tire. I had to purchase a new replacement tire and received no credit for the tire that was only driven on for 12K miles. Also, since the tire was not repairable, I was charged an installation fee for the replacement tire. Delivery and installation of the replacement tire that I had to purchase went fine...except that the installer (America's Tire) did not return and lost my Land Rover specific valve stem cap on the wheel.
