What a great company
What a great company! They made me feel like part of the family from day one. When you call, a real person answers and actually follows up with you. Thank you for putting customer service first!
The cold plunge has been amazing. We used to try using ice, but this is by far the best way to go. It's much easier on your pocketbook than constantly buying bags of ice when your ice machine can't keep up. I added the WiFi and UV upgrade, and it keeps the water clean, circulating, and as cold as I can handle. I also love being able to put it on a schedule, so it's not constantly running.
A special thank you to Victor in customer service and RJ in tech support. Victor made me feel like a valued customer from the start, and RJ provided outstanding technical support. They both treated me like a VIP every step of the way. It's rare to find a company with such great products and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

This Company was awesome
I bought a cold bath about 4 years ago and it finally died. It took almost 6 months to get that one. Researching companies, I saw Titan and was excited to see great reviews and that they had a store front in the US. I ordered my cold bath and messed something up on the order, I was able to call them and speak to an American immediately. They fixed my order and I had it within a week of ordering. Set up was easy and customer support was great. I have already enjoyed it several times.

Took some time but got everything I asked for
My first unit stopped working after one use. I tried contacting them to no avail. I thought I got scammed. I tried calling again and turns out the company warehouse had a chemical spill and shut everything down for a while. Once I got in contact my issue was resolved and now all my equipment is working great.

The tub is super well made and spacious. Unfortunately FedEx had damaged my chiller causing it to leak when water was being pushed through it. I called the number and was immediately helped. It was hard over the phone to talk about what the issue was, so they were gracious enough to video chat/facetime me and are sending me a brand new chiller at no cost. Amazing customer service!
