The ladies were amazing! I believe the lady who helped me was named Arcella. It was only her third day, but she was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly. She made the experience enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was great to see someone so new to the role already showing such a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Oh, the customer service was great. They were polite. I had no problem with her. And it was quick. But your finances charges suck. I got a $200 loan. Now I'm paying you back 700. You need to lower your interest rate.
