My presale ordered p7000 arrived and none of those extras were in the box.
I ordered a Elephone p7000 month ago at the presale $199.99. The phone arrived yesterday and al the extras the 2 cases and the glass screen protector been taken out, so all was in it a phone and a charger not even the uk one. I paid nearly a full price as a presale and not like a flash sale where they all these bit been taken out as we known for $159.00. Is no contact email for to2c so I'm stuffed and have to spend a another $20-30 which makes it almost more expensive including they using my money for 2 month. Very dissapointing sale technik.
Hi!I had order 2 Elephone P7000 from this site!It was the warst buy i ever made!They sayd to me that if i buy 2 phones they will send me some extra gifts!But whet the phones came to me there was nothing extra!When i skeak with them they want me to make another order to send me the gifts that they promis me from the Phone orders!DO NOT BUY enything from them!They are liers and they just want to meke you pay more and never send you nothing more that you pay.
After receiving my phone from To2C there only was trouble.
First, my phone didn't work properly at arrival, but convincing To2C that my phone actually did't function took about 3-4 week.
Lots of confusing emails, asking me to sent 'proof' of the problem. After sending an email with pictures of the problem, I needed to sent video proof instead, and another one, and another.
I had to call in PayPall Buyer Protection before they would actually promise a refund and let me send back my purchase.
I finally sent the phone back by airmail, and now i'm waiting over 4 weeks already for my refund. With again, lots of confusing emails and stalling.
This is by far THE worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
I wouldn't recommend To2C
Unreliable, they will never refund or send another item.
It is now four months that I ordered my phone from to2c.com , and I am still waiting for it ! Until now they have made me waste my time waiting and asking my post office proofs that I have not received it. I have asked twice my local post office to enquire about this item, but they say thay the item never entered in my country (the tracking infos confirm that). I have sent them by email all the informations proving I am acting in good faith but they just do not care. Avoid buying from them !
Pas fiable et pas honnête. A fuir absolument.
i ordered from them and asked for cancelation ,they said that they will do that asap ,2 days passed no refund and when i ask them in the chat service they have i got no reply forcing me to use paypal to get my money back,terible service and really no help , they claim to be pros but while they are eager to take your money they wont even reply later

I ordered a very expensive phone and came exactly as promised after 21 days in Paris, as a gift (so no customs) and in excellent condition. I even had chat in Skype with their customer service
