Eiher I had much luck or to2c is great in general. I got my smartphone in time.... not to early but not tool late. it was the best packed parcel I ever got. the mobile phone was inside an aif blowed plastiv beg. The color I ordered was correct, so the accesoirs. Neither didn't have to pay shipping costs nor taxes to the ship to Austria. On the parcel was written: for home and gardening. Going to order my next (xiaomi) mobile phone at to2c if the price will be good. I am fully satisfied!

Trojan virusus pre-installed on device.

Bought a Xiaomi Mi4c from To2c and the phone came pre-installed with trojan viruses disguised as vital system apps. Shortly after i recieved the phone shady apps would install themself over night. Stay away from this seller if you don't want sensitive information stolen and used agianst you.

Worst After Sales ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 05.06.2015 i bought a Lenovo K3 Note from them (order number: 100060498). Unfortunately, on February of 2016, the phone's touch screen start having problems. On the 05.02.2015 i contacted immediately with To2C about the problem. I explained thoroughly the problem to them and i also sent them a video in which they could see the problem. After one month, on the 10.03.2016 i sent them a second email as they hadn't replied by then. Needless to say that they have not replied by now and i doubt they ever will. That said, from my experience, they do not offer after sales support at all!!!!!!!!!!!

Send fast, cheap products but....

As I said it is cheap. That goes for the quality too. I purchased an elephone P7000 that had a problem. Their after sale service declined to take it back and fix it, altough it was under warranty! I would recommand spending a bit more in a company offering better services.

Excellent experience!

I was worried about using them because they seemed to have a spate of bad reviews but I got such a good deal that I went with them and they didn't let me down. They shipped very promptly and the item was well packed and just as described. I was thrilled to bits with the phone. Would use again.

I ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 from this site two weeks ago, and it arrived this morning. This was the first time I ordered from this site, and I was a little skeptical, so I contacted them via Skype to check if they can accept my terms about the order, payment, shipping, packing etc. Support has been great, and I decided to order the phone. Everything was exactly like we agreed, and even more than that. I got free gifts that were not mentioned in the offer (car charger and silicon back cover ). The best part was their "No packing box" which easily slipped through customs office, which is really rare for my country.

Unprofessional

Ordered phone. By the time it should have been delivered I contacted them regarding tracking number. They claimed address was incorrect but did not bother to contact me. Gave them two addresses both of which were complete and correct. Continued to claim that I do not know my address, i.e. that the address is incorrect. Asked to be put into contact with management and/or the shipping company (DHL). Never received contact details. Ultimately reported the company to Paypal and they ultimately refunded me the money. I actually do not think they were attempting fraud, just that they are utterly incompetent. Pity.

Not recieved my items that I ordered toghether with UMI IRON

So I have ordered a phone form them on a pre-sale and it was delayed by 4 weeks. I can understand that, it is manufacturer fault but finally they have posted the phone, but I was missing a leather case, tempered glass and screen protectors that I ordered with it. So It has been 2 months now since I have placed the order and I will need to wait probably another month for my items. Do not recommend this website. I was also promised extra leather case for the delay but never got it.

I ordered UMI Emax, but thier description about phone was wrong and I offered refund. they accepted it immediately. The relply of email was also so quick. They're credible I think.

I won a Ulefone Be Touch at TO2C. The service was very good. The delivery was fast. A good looking site. One remark of improvement: The communication over the mail could be better for me. Sometimes I did not understand what they meant.
