I was initially a bit skeptical about Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner. But I can highly recommend it. It’s so easy to use and it works. It disolved staining fast and painful free. As it stops if it touch your gum. So pain free. No need to spent £90 every year in hygienist. And it’s a lot more comfortable. As it doesn’t spray water on your mouth. I asked about an update on my delivery and I got an email back almost immediately from Yam. So the costumer service it’s as good as the product. Please try it. It’s a game changer.

ordered product on 4th Sept and after multiple complaints to this company regarding the fact the product was clearly lost, took for me to demand a full refund on the 18th September. Probably a scam, product never received, refund was not offered but I had to ask for it.
I was skeptical about the ultrasonic cleaners because it seemed the market tended to drift towards water flossers so it was hard to find much info to know if ultra sonic cleaners was a scam or not. Nonetheless, I really needed it and I bought it. I can say for certain that it works, my teeth are super clean now. It doesn’t hurt, and it’s obviously cheaper than a dentist. I think many brands could offer this product as it’s quite simple functionally, but I’m happy I went with Top Smile because they made it feel like a high-end item, with high-quality materials. And by the way, I’m a real person going out of my way to put this review up, it does work.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I first ordered it, and I had some concerns about whether it would actually work. But I was completely wrong.
I had some really stubborn and ugly-looking cigarette stains and plaque on my teeth, and this device removed them incredibly well. My teeth now look as if I’ve just had them professionally cleaned at the dentist.
It was completely painless and caused me no problems whatsoever. I’m genuinely impressed with the results and would highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with stubborn stains and plaque.

I found it incredibly easy to use and the stains started to lift on the first use. I spend about half an hr on the inside and outside of my bottom teeth where I had significant staining and it lifted almost completely! I am astonished and telling everyone to get one. If I could have one wish it was that there was an even finer head to help get the between teeth stains. This is better than the £100 hygienist visits where they don't even bother to get all the stains off! I have bought products like this in the past and they have not worked well so I am delighted this now exists.

I had light staining on my bottom teeth which I couldn’t shift with floss, electric toothbrush and even regular visits to the dental hygienist. I wasn’t sure whether this device would only work on plaque/calcification (which I don’t have). Once I had realised that the device only starts working when in contact with the tooth, I was away; working on the medium setting. Within seconds, it removed stains which had been between my teeth for ages. I used the mirror to clean the backs and the different sized tips are good for cleaning either the surface or between the teeth. The staining has been completed erased. I’m almost 60 and not one for gimmicks so it took me a while to finally purchase this in case it was too good to be true but the cost of this was half the price of a hygienist appointment so I’m really pleased I did. I was too eager to start using it out of the box to take before and after photos but I’m sorry I didn’t as it might have helped others who are unsure whether to take the plunge!
Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still not received item. Was promised a full refund and I’m still not getting that either! Don’t waste your time ordering from this company as they don’t care if you don’t receive your item and they seem to also ignore giving you back your money!

Considering i have receding gums and pretty (pun intended) bad teeth and not been to dentist in over 10 years! And have tea, nicotine stains and tartar and only brush in the morning . This thing has done an amazing job! Painless and effective! (although i did spend an hour on them) The brush is solidly built of high quality and design and very easy to use with a great light on it. Easy to change attachments that is all included. A must buy . Thank you

The email was responded swiftly and Yam explained to me the issues of some Evri misplaced parcels. Yam sent a different one for me and in less than a week got it. They’re are so responsive and professional.
