Top-smile were efficient in their delivery and my husband thought the product was great and easy to use. Customer services were also very helpful as my husband inadvertently bought two and the returns was super easy and speedy.

The customer service was amazing

The customer service was amazing and so helpful x I purchased a top smile tooth stain remover x i unfortunately didn’t realise that it shouldn’t be used on Implants x I requested a return and refund and this couldn’t of been easier x Yam was wonderful and the emails between us both were helpful and clear x I want to thank Yam at customer services very helpful

Great quality item. Perfect for stopping the plaque build up before it really takes hold. Wouldn’t use the highest setting, the lowest two do a great job.

Fantastic little machine

I ordered this after looking at the ads on facebook for a couple of weeks, I was a bit sceptical that it was going to arrive, or work. After ordering it took 3 days to arrive, it was so fast. I had lots of staining on my bottom teeth from drinking tea and red wine, that i had tried whitening toothpastes and whitening strips, that did nothing. I sat watching TV and had a go with the machine, WOW - I saw a difference after just the first use, 3 more go's over the next few days and all the stains are gone. I was really surprised it took so little time to get them looking so good, it was so easy to use, and no effort at all. I hated smiling as my teeth looked so grim. I just do them every other week now to keep on top of them, and so pleased I can do this at home instead of spending £80+ for a clean at the dentist which i was dreading. Plus - you get a spare head should another family member need to do theres as well.

I purchased the Tooth Cleaner as a gift for a friend, and unfortunately the delivery courier let the purchase down. Despite this, Yam made sure a replacement was swiftly sent out without any issue and this made up for the initial inconvenience. Excellent customer service from Yam! Highly recommend making the purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. Worked really well. I was a bit skeptical at first just seeing Facebook ads which could be faked. But when I saw the price I thought it was worth a go. It got plaque off within seconds I've had for years.

Don't mess with your teeth. Ask any dentist and they will say don't touch with a barge pole. Lots of advertising and fake reviews. I've bot bought it but can tell you now it'll be a waste of money.

Waste of money

Can’t really recommend this product to be honest. Hasn’t worked at all and seems to have made my teeth feel weaker. I used it per the instructions. Hasn’t improved the whiteness of my teeth at all. Wouldn’t bother wasting your money.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, good customer service, well boxed with instructions, although they could have a bit more insight and instructions as not always wanting to download the information, seen a rest from the 2-3rd try, would highly recommend buying it for yourself or as a gift

Not the best

Not the best I really thought this would do what I needed but unfortunately I just can't get in with it. It's not easy to use. Wish I hadn't bothered. It was easy to order and delivered promptly but I'm now stuck with something that is not user friendly! Very frustrating but I will persevere.

Shame about using evri

Very good customer service was having problems with evri as per usual but the customer service was straight on it would have been 5* just them using evri has knocked of the top rating. Haven't used it as yet though so can't review the actual product

Customer service was fantastic

Customer service was fantastic. Communication was consistent in a timely manner so I’m really pleased with the level of customer service received. My problem was solved. Defo a big thumbs up for the customer service.
