Miss Ruby is such a wonderful person. My flight with Frontier was cancelled 3 times. Miss Ruby got us a flight with United and after what we've been through we appreciate her. Give her a raise! Great customer service

I worked with Nina....she was great in communication and helped us back and forth with the airline as well....for hours she would call us back and I would call her back.... unfortunately it wasn't her fault but the credit card information was correct and unlocked we were on the phone with our bank as well and it kept denying declining our payment so we had to call American airlines ourselves and book the trip ourselves I don't know why I kept getting declined but we finally got it to go through she was great ...5 stars...thank you
