BBB warns people to stay away from this scam company
When my husband protested the upcharge the agent Patricia told him to SHUT UP and cursed him out. When he hung up, she actually called him back several times using vulgar language and continued cursing him out. Check their BBB reviews, they are horrible. Many warm if you gave them your credit card info to lock your card until you talk to your CC company. People say you have to get aggressive and argue to get a refund and their agents are nasty people. Stay away from this company.
