I stayed up late tonight to book a flight leaving less than twenty-four hours out (I saw a video on instagram that said airfare costs are lower after 2:00 am). I am a disabled veteran and am heading to receive residential treatment for substance abuse and PTSD, with very short notice, so it was very important for me to book these flights as cheap as possible. This is where Ruby came in. She did everything she could to help me find the best deal on flights, and was very quick, professional, and so sweet during this process. I am very grateful for her help, she was wonderful. Thank you!
