It’s a total lie
It’s a total lie. They told me that they canceled and gave full refund and said if anyone asks it’s because my kids it was a family emergency. They wanted me to “upgrade “ because the flight I booked wasn’t available. Then told me that they canceled it for me free of charge just to give them a 5 star rating. It’s completely a scam

I'm not sure if it's a cultural or language barrier, but Maxin is very, very pushy to the point of being rude and condescending as well. This is not a way to treat people that are of an older age. She speaks very quickly. If you don't understand her, and ask her to repeat herself, she catches an attitude. I'm on here after 10pm jumping through hoops all because I did my sister a favor!!

John was so efficient and helpful today with me, he not only was polite, but made sure I felt secure in my purchase and what I’m doing.
